“I have been going here since i moved to town in 2017. I love this store and it has consistently improved over the years. The bakery is outstanding. I like to pick up breakfast sandwiches on the weekends. Its a great spot for lunch when you have guests so you can show them downtown Harvard and get excellent food. I like the gifts and greeting cards”
“I drive 30 minutes from New Hampshire to shop here, because while they may not have the largest whiskey selection, they have the best selection by far. You’ll find allocated and non-allocated hard-to-find bourbons, scotches, ryes and rums that you wouldn’t find anywhere else within at least 50 miles - and their prices are very reasonable. UPDATE: Had to deduct one star, because their whisky prices have shot way up recently, even as the demand for whiskey has declined. Especially for their allocated bottles behind the counter - super high markups beyond retail. Might as well just go back to the online retailers like Frootbat or Caskers for the good stuff.”
“Yesterday I needed to stop for a bottle of wine for a function in Acton. I did not know the area well. I found Red, White Brew. I walked in and was greeted with kind pleasantries. The man working asked me what I was looking for and I said 'Red Wine'. He calmly directed me to the red wine section and gave me feedback after I told him what I was looking for. He was personable and professional. If I'm ever in that area again, I know where to stop. I highly recommend you stop in based on their service, professionalism and prices.”
“We don't buy liquor here, but their recycling center is awesome! Lots of machines and all are dual purpose now. Cans+plastic or cans+glass. Kind of neat and speeds up the process. Always busy so this is a nice plus. Plenty of trash barrels for your bags. I like going here!”

“When you walk in, Its a little tight but has a great variety of different selections of food to those from. Since its a family run business, the owners of the store that run the counters are extremely nice. I would recommend this little convenience store to anyone who needs a quick stop to get something. “I shot a wedding, and at the end of the day, I was very tired. As I was leaving, I saw this little liquor store on the side of the road. I pulled in and checked it out. They had a wide variety of wine, liquor, beer, and snacks. It was everything you might want to enjoy at the end of a hard day. The staff was very friendly, and they had a wide selection of anything you could want. Make sure you check it out!”
“Decent selection, but shelf pricing doesn’t match register. 2 separate items rang higher than shelf…not worth the walk back, or passive argument with clerk over $3 total but somewhat irritating.. isn’t there some consumer law about this. At least they have pricing… I’m finding many places don’t even price the beer.”

“Big store. Wide selection. Very honest and hardworking people in here, friendly and helpful. My wife put down two bottles on the counter not realizing they were 100 each. Even after we paid for them absent mindedly she pointed it out and worked with us to correct our oversight. She took time to recommend new bottles more reasonable for the occasion. “Posh IceNine Acre has the best ice for drinks and cocktails. Hard, clear, square cubes. I have molds for large squares and cubes but this is the ice for cocktails or dinner. You can’t make or buy ice this good.”

“For many years, I have shopped at Vintages, counting on them to always provide the best and unique wines from Europe. To say my wine knowledge has expanded from their deep selection and knowledge of the producers is a vast understatement. Regardless of your price range, they are clearly the best shop in this region, and dare I say, in any place I have been to in the US. Further, when I have a question about a grape, a vintner's process or inquire about some obscure wine I have read about, I am never let down by their desire to provide what they know and give the best experience to help me find what I am looking for. Bottom line, its a precious gem of a shop run by a wonderful person who cares about their clients.”
