“Got a sub there that was a little bit fatty on one end, and expensive at $17. After I got past the little bit of fat, it was pretty good. Also small for that price.”

1 Barnum Rd, Ayer“Nan’s is one of my favorite places of all time. The sandwiches are sublime.I’m going to talk about the barn burner sandwich. I’m a chili head and I’ve had the hottest chilis in the world including the mutant ones. I can eat normal 5 out of 5 spicy things without noticing. I noticed the barn burner. Normally people say ghost chili and they think about putting it in and that’s all they do. I’m looking at you Wendy’s and Trader Joe’s. Ghost pepper is one of the grossest peppers I’ve had the privilege of tasting and Nan’s expertise has made it taste lovely. On to the heat. I’m going to give it a 3/5 on my heat scale. One on the heat scale for me is 5 vindaloo at an Indian restaurant that knows me. 5 is super hots like ghost pepper/Carolina reaper. I cried and ended up in the heat plateau. It took about 5-10 minutes to get to full force as is common with these types of peppers. It was delicious and full of flavor. As I meditated on the mesa of schoville mountain I looked at the summit and decided this was a nice place to be. I really like this sandwich and I really hope that enough people join me here in the vortex of pain to keep it on the menu. There are very few places where I can get actually hot food. This is actually hot. Please Nan’s keep this on the menu or have some way of special ordering this if not. I’m going to send out the chili signal to the other crazy people so wet can come and feast upon this sandwich.I sneezed and my face is still burning delightfully. I love this.”
“Great place. The prices are better than other places in the area, and the selection is very good. The owner and staff are friendly, and generally quick as well, I never have to wait long.”
“Quiet small town stop with a great selection of beer, wine, and liquor. The owner and staff are extremely friendly and personable. Small but adequate selection of fairly priced snacks.”
“I shop here for two reasons. One bc they have an amazing selection of everything I could ask for. But second and most importantly, Moe and the rest of the family that work here are the nicest people I’ve ever met. Such incredible customer service. Cheers”

275 Cox St, Hudson“This place has the best variety and options for beer, even better then most of the liquor stores around. They even have a bunch of crazy hot sauces that are fun to try! Every time I go in the people working are super friendly and helpful. The owners are awesome and really accommodating. If they don’t have something and you want it, they get it. Best little store in the area! I don’t live in Hudson but I always go here for everything they have.”
“This is a great place to buy any type of alcohol, be it wine, beer, spirits, etc. It's big with a good variety, and the prices are excellent. Always nice and clean with good music playing too, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's very conveniently located in Digital Crossing, and I love that it's right next door to Market Basket so I can head over after I do my shopping. My new favorite place!”
“I have been a customer for few years now and I can’t be happier to recommend G&G! The owners are the sweetest customer oriented people! I usually find whatever I desire at a reasonable price. They went above and beyond finding my fav Italian imported wine and the price was on spot! The location is perfect, right off the highway. I Highly recommend G&G!”
“The Shirley package store has got a wide variety of beer and liquors as well as snacks, sodas, water, ice cream, you name it. And the friendliest store clerks. Located next to the Bull Run, you can't go wrong with that dynamic duo on a Friday night on the town. ???”
“I grew up around here and whenever we’re in town visiting family I make a point to stop by. They have such a great selection of New England beers and easy to make your own six pack.”

“I have never seen more different beer types in my life. I walked around for 10 minutes before I gave up and asked for what I was looking for. The reply was oh that entire wall right back there is exactly what you're looking for. And it was. There are certainly bigger stores out there but they just carry three times as much of the same stuff this place carries a million different things.”
“Great selection of wine, beer, and distilled. Fair prices... some even a bargain. All good, but the main reason it's my go-to place are the friendly and helpful folks running the place. Good people!”

“Posh IceNine Acre has the best ice for drinks and cocktails. Hard, clear, square cubes. I have molds for large squares and cubes but this is the ice for cocktails or dinner. You can’t make or buy ice this good.”
“Great selection of small brewery beer, wine, and booze for such a small town. I wish there was a regular stock of gluten free beer. But also BLEAGH! Whoever thought it was ok to smoke cigarettes in the cooler because "you can't smell it in the store" was wrong.”
9AM - 9PM
305 Main St, Acton“Big store. Wide selection. Very honest and hardworking people in here, friendly and helpful. My wife put down two bottles on the counter not realizing they were 100 each. Even after we paid for them absent mindedly she pointed it out and worked with us to correct our oversight. She took time to recommend new bottles more reasonable for the occasion. Worth checking it out.”
