“I’ve been living in the area for more than two decades and it has always been a pleasant experience for me there. Staff is all polite and helpful, I actually received a wonderful service from this young black man with glasses(should have asked for his name!). He was not only very knowledgeable and helpful, he went above and beyond and replaced my license plate for me. New screws for replacing my license plate was one of the things I needed to get at the store. He was so very kind and his customer service skill was exceptional. “At my previous visit to the store, I noticed they now offer knife sharpening. Today, I took all of my knives of various sizes to have Ace sharpen them. They did a marvellous job. After testing each of them at home, they are sharper than every, like new. I recommend this service, and the store generally, where everyone seems helpful, but not overly so. Love going here.”

“I drove an hour to get two Solar torch lights on clearance sale. I get to the front and they ring up as 1cent each. The manager said he cant sell them, I said the store should honor the price. "Nope". Then change it to the clearance price, and it was on the screen he could have entered it. "Nope, I need to throw them out" R U Freaking kidding me!! I bought a boat load of lights from this store and still like the place. But I just got screwed on this one.”

“This is my go-to local hardware store. They have a little bit of everything. I buy 20-pound bags of black oil sunflower seeds at a good price to feed birds. They have a great selection of lightbulbs. Seeds for spring planting. Potting soil. It's a great place to refill your LPG tanks. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can order ahead and enjoy curbside pickup.”
