Not sure why but they use hydrolyzed soy protein in rotisserie chickens. I was wondering why it smelled terrible and looked at the label. Hopefully I can get a refund next time I’m there. if you live anywhere near King Street and Groton Road in Littleton mass and you are looking to have some great salad. This would be the ideal location to make your own salad precisely the way you would like your salad to be made with the option to choose your own dressing on the side that they provide for free. And a sitting down lounge for you to eat comfortably while you eat. They also have hot food and plenty of desserts near the salad area for you to have while you are done eating. You can have a nice dessert before leaving prices on typical food that you would buy at Market Basket. It’s a little bit more pricey, but more better tasting I know for as an example the milk here taste more sweet than milk at Market Basket. One thing I have noticed coming here the customers are beyond friendly and polite. I have not yet walked out of this food Market put out a smile because they do have such a good work effort that they make their customers laugh before leaving. and if you are a wine drinker, I heard very good review about their wine at this location.

I love this supermarket. It's easy to reach, easy parking, smallish in size so I know where to find things I need,. Overall, very easy in and out. May be a bit pricier than some stores on certain things, but the owners always try to offer specials and good deals. I know the prices now, so I think the owners must go out of their way to offer a competitive price. For example, some of the items like large quantities of toilet paper are priced the same price as at what people think are lower priced markets. Also, they never keep moving things around. Everything is always where I know to look for it, which helps keep it easy and fast in and out. There is also no waiting at long cashier lines. There are always people at the registers and they always get you in and out quickly. The food to go is always good and there is always a large variety of sushi made that day, even through the pandemic. Plus, the sushi chefs are always friendly.

Donelans Supermarket has been in the Acton, MA area for many years ; always has had an excellent reputation ! Store is very nice, modern and clean . It’s a bit pricey but the smaller store atmosphere is worth it !

Took a wilted flower out of a trash can and a employee followed me through the store and got a manager and made me pay $1 for the rotten flower I took out of the garbage. I will never return to a store where the employees follow you out the door for holding a piece of trash and force you to pay for it. A WILTED FLOWER FROM THE TRASH.

Unfortunately had an unpleasant experience today, I have only shopped here once before and I believed this store had a great selection! Clearly, it was an irreparable mistake on my part to return. Charging a customer for waste product is not a customer service driven "Policy" that should be so starkly upheld by a business. Now if it was precious metals, lumber or another realities material I could understand.But 1 measly flower out of a waste bin that was already going to be written off is a waste of company (and more importantly) my time. Time in life is very precious, it is clear I will not get that back and had it be filled but an uncomfortable experience by staff and management.I would suggest the owners to rethink their core values and to enforce them in a productive manner. To also better serve your customer base and not staff your business with those who don't believe in treating others like human beings.
