Why am i even giving one star? the lady named Liz she shouldnt be working there poor customer service skills i bough and item from ebay that came in a bag 2 separated boxes one small and one medium and have to return lady says i have to tape them myself and if i didnt have one that i should buy one cause they are not allowed to tape them says her "boss" yet she didnt even ask to buy a box or bag that fit in.

Pretty poor government service. The lady didn’t like the way I wrapped the tape on my package. Without asking me she cut the tape off and told me to go back home and retape it because she could not scan the label. She could have left it alone or typed in the barcode. Instead she tampered with my package without permission. Unacceptable.

Extremely rude bunch at this branch. Unhelpful, snarky and slow as molasses. The customer service is god awful... they act like you are bothering them. I purposely avoid this branch and suggest you do as well.

Don't waste your time. We had confirmed appointments for passport services, including for kids who were missing school for this reason. We were met with blank stares and told that they don't actually have this service now as the only person who handles it is out for an extended period. Yet we were able to book the appointments online. Calling to confirm wouldn't have helped either, as no one answers the phone.

Unprofessional and ignorant employees even the Post Master, Andrew. Barking orders to the public saying you need permission to record someone in public? really? Memo needs to go out to all their employees letting them know that public filming and photographic is perfectly legal. Poster 7, your own policy, says filming and photographic is allow in public accessible areas and your own employees don't even know it. Public workers with attitudes. Giver up your rights so they will serve you.

I've had a PO Box at this locations for years. Only recently w my long hours at work have I had a hard time picking up my packages. But every time I go there someone is willing to help me out. I've dealt with two different gentlemen, one of them I met today, his name is Gerry. He's the postmaster along with doing other roles at the same time. He went above and beyond to help me out. Was extremely friendly and even took the time to have a conversation with me. He is a true professional in customer service. His kindness and politeness put my faith back in the working world. Thank you Gerry for making my day better!

The employees here are quite rude... and slow! Multiple times now, I have stood in line waiting for 5 minutes... ring the bell at the desk a few times... and wait some more. And when they finally come to the desk, they are not very nice at all. In my opinion, the employees working the desk there need a serious lengthy training about customer service!!!

Completely hit or miss depending on staff. I went in Tuesday and had helpful, friendly service, went in Thursday of the same week and had incredibly unhelpful, incompetent service. I could physically see the envelope I needed and the representative said they didn't have any.

Excellent experiences over the years. They try hard and do well. Kudos. That is true for the deliveries to our homes as well as the post office boxes, of which I have had one for a long time.
