“They took on a project that most shops wouldn't have touched with a ten-foot pole and it came out great! A mid-century modern table lamp for a nightstand fell off of the nightstand, and had broken into pieces. It was a wood veneer and it came apart along the sixty-year old glue joints where the glue had failed, and damaged the veneer in places. They were not only able to put it back together, but repair the veneer so it looks great! It took a while, but quality takes time! Highly recommended!”

It's just full of perfectly picked items that make you think, 'Yep, that would look great in my house.' It's officially my new go-to for gifts, and the fact that they'll gift wrap for you is a huge plus. “I recently had two of my rugs cleaned. I purchased these rugs from Dover Rug. However, I did not have to have them cleaned at Dover Rug. I chose to do so as I had a positive experience in 2020 when I purchased the rugs. I called the Natick store in the morning, spoke to Sachin and a pick-up was scheduled for that same afternoon. I did receive a cost estimate at this time. When it was time for the pick-up, I received a text and phone call with notification that the guys were on their way and would arrive soon. After a week, the same process took place when the clean rugs were delivered back to my home.
When it was time to place the rugs down on the floor, the guys took their time making sure that they had reversed the direction of the rugs, and the rugs were placed exactly where I wanted them to be with my furniture moved back in place. I received the exact pricing at time of pick-up. The cost was reasonable and terrific value for the service I received. Service that included a prompt pick-up, cleaning, delivery, and proper placement. I asked if they could re-connect the pieces of my sectional couch which was completed in moments.
During both visits, the Dover Rug team were professional, efficient, punctual, and the price was more than fair and terrific value for what was done. Without my asking, the guys took their shoes off at my front door. What more could I ask for?

Overall dimensions are listed, but not individual drawer dimensions.)I tried the Live Chat, which did not have the info and they directed me to try the customer service email and the customer service 1-800 number. The 1-800 number did not have the info, but they checked inventory to see which store had the item in stock so I could call and ask a salesperson to measure. Then the 1-800 rep transferred me to the Natick Store.Jim answered the phone and took the time to measure the three types of drawers on the item and also how far the drawers pulled out. This information is incredibly crucial to me since I do not have a lot of space in the intended room and i'm trying to maximize every inch.Jim sounded like he was having a super busy morning, but he was polite and speedy and I very much appreciate his attention!”

“We worked with Reilly at the Chestnut Hill store. She listened to us, came up with a great design for our newly constructed closet, talked through a couple of modifications, and was extremely helpful through the whole process.
The components were all delivered when promised. The Container Store installer showed up when promised, completed the installation in a couple of hours, and - and this really was a nice touch - broke down the boxes and separated out the recyclable cardboard from the rest of the packaging materials.
In all, an excellent experience.”

“Bellow there is a review about us not wanting to cut pieces of fabric and then having to call the police. I am the girl that was there. They wanted to have 5 different fabrics 20 yards each cut into 1 yard pieces. That would be 100 pieces to be cut. I also had a line of 5 people behind them. I ended up cutting some and then they kept asking after I said no. They started becoming irrate and yelling so I took the next customer. While I was cutting for that customer she comes behind the counter picks up the fabric she wanted and threw the fabric on the counter in front of me twice. A customer was the one to call 911. She starting yelling in my managers face. Causing another customer to start yelling at her saying thats no way to treat people. Then when the police showed up they then started screaming at the police which is why if they show up they are trespassing. Also I work with with Asian people and I get many customers who speak in broken English from many different cultures I do not care about that but I do care about being treated like a human.”
