“Staff is SO friendly, always around to help recommend something new. They’re great to order books from as well. I love stopping in, just a wonderful bookstore. Note that the prices are what you’d expect at a Barnes and Noble, but you’re buying locally.
The kids section is amazing and they have an indoor treehouse for kids to read in. This bookstore is a really fantastic addition to our community. Highly recommend!”

65 Main St, Concord“This is a great book store!! It's got a large selection of books, a very helpful staff and first edition books signed by the authors. I purchased Erik Larsens latest book, signed 1st edition. Across the street, is a beautiful historic cemetery, which holds those who fought and gave their lives to form this country. A must see.”
“The price is there to remind you that reading is a luxury that to many are without. But, when you have the $$, a great way to spend a lazy afternoon (stormy, super hot, etc...), with the kiddos, is for all to find a new book and to share a venti frap while reading to each other (and themselves). There are lots of ways to spruce it up (like, picking out each other's books or teaching each other something new).”
“Entered on a very busy day with two young children and was greeted with such warmth from the employee. Quick to ask of we needed help and able to show us quickly our preferences. Very friendly and welcoming, recommended for all!”

10 Langley Rd, Newton“I've been to this bookstore several times now, and love the atmosphere. It has a really nice and wide variety of books for its small/cozy size. There are also cute products in the front of the store. I stumbled upon a concert there earlier this year ??”
“Classic independent bookstore. Staff was super friendly, space is bright, great selection. Basement has used books but we didn't have time to go through them-will be back”
“Book store in Lexington Center. Wide variety of books including children’s books. After you grab a latte down the street, you can drop by here and flip through some actual physical pages just like the old days.”
“This place is amazing! A very calm, chill environment, and the owner is so nice! Books are VERY cheap, but the quality is amazing for them being used. Will DEFINITELY be coming again.”

79 Main St #2, Concord“This little bookshop is a hidden gem. It has a wonderful collection of rare books. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. If you are a book lover, you must visit this store. I've been to many, many bookstores (my son is a collector of rare books) and this store is one of the best.”

56 Felton St, Waltham“Cute bookstore. Stopped in while on a work trip to the area. The book store itself is rather small but they have hundreds of books cataloged in the back so all you have to do is have them look it up for you. They also have local seasoning, crafts, and more displayed around the shop for purchase. I was able to get the book I was looking for along with some Zatar seasoning. It was a win win for me. Would definitely come back to find a new book or just to see what they have that's new. Part of the proceeds also go to a worthy cause of youth education and literacy so that makes it even better. Will definitely return!”
“After a walk around the pond 1.7 miles I get to stop in to the Society Shop at Walden and get a cold drink, browse thru the books and spend a few minutes with the folks behind the counter. A great place, very warm people. Thanks for being there!”
“I can say one thing if you're a collector and looking for odd toys or games this is the place for you I actually like going in there so I would recommend it”

50 Oakland St, Wellesley“have heard Brookline Booksmith is comparable to this (which I may get to at some point...... yet Brookline is a bit BUSY for my liking), yet this store is much better for adult books, and the used "basement" is really cool too, yet the store is large for Wellesley center, it's small compared to Barnes&Noble & Park Street Books in Medfield. Overall, pretty good book store in Wellesley, that I would suggest for the area, yet I definitely prefer Park Street Books.”
“Everyone who works there is so lovely, especially Mary who seems so passionate about helping people love reading. It feels great to support a local business as wonderful as this.”

“Framingham State is a place that has its quirks, just like every other college. I transferred here from UMass Dartmouth, which was quite a depressing and isolating campus feel. Framingham, to me, is very warm, inviting, and traditional while utilizing modern technology across campus. The classes are generally very small and most professors are very well versed in their subject matters, so although challenging, a lot of information is to be learned through practice. Yes, there is limited parking due to the size of the campus itself, but there are lots for everyone. Just be sure to ask questions on where to park and obtaining information from campus police in the correct manner. Most people are very friendly and share really great stories. It makes me sad to see people digging on the school for minor things. There is a lot to be said about the first normal school in America. There is a lot of history and heritage at the University that should be appreciated. This was one of the best experiences, as I've fostered connections with diverse and caring people. I would highly recommend giving it a chance before bashing on the minor issues that are often resolved just by communication, such as Wi-Fi, parking, and other things.”

“I love going to the Audubon shop, there is so much to choose from. In my complex, we have quite a few young families; the children's section covers all a ages, and the sooner you get a youngster into nature the better for all of us. The staff is amazing, and are more than willing to aid you in some specific situations. The trails are easy, even for a geezer like me. Take your time, listen, look, feel the nature that surrounds you. Take pictures, leave with memories and if you see trash, pick it up. Above all, enjoy!”
