The man working today, 7/5/24 approx 1315, had both the ladies at the register thank him for being so kind and helpful. I spoke prior to my visit about money services with him on the phone, and could tell by his demeanor he's likely military. Give this man a raise, he does an exemplary job.

The pharmacist Sonin is so patient and kind. It rare you get this type of attention these days. I highly recommend him. He is caring and knowledgeable.

Always slow to fill any prescription. Staff rude and dishonest. Pharmacist is the one job that should be completely replaced by AI.

I have used this pharmacy for 30 years. I never had many prescription needs until a few years ago (getting older!). The staff is so helpful, it deserves online recognition. When an Rx needs to be renewed, they initiate the call to my doctor. When I'm traveling and need a refill early, they accommodate my request. If something is odd, they mention it immediately. Even though some personnel aren't always familiar, there is a core group of staff that has been there consistently; all of them are attentive and helpful. I get some of my vaccines here, too. Even when the high demand during Covid made the process mind-numbing to the provider, they remained cheerful and did what had to be done. Great service for a pharmacy that's tucked inside a chain store.

Having made an appointment online for an updated Covid shot (for those over age 65, as per CDC recommendation), I was told that "Corporate has not yet authorized this" and was denied the vaccination. I told the pharmacist that there is nothing on their website to indicate that the updated shot has not yet been authorized by "Corporate", and that such information should be posted on their website. He replied that they have no real control over what goes on their (own) website! I told him this was very bad public relations and to please let "Corporate" know this. He more or less shrugged and said, "Corporate doesn't really pay much attention to what we say." I suspect this is true, and I will write to the Corporate headquarters. Meanwhile, I was easily able to schedule the vax at a local, independent pharmacy in Lexington. Bottom line: I advise you to call the pharmacy before trying to set up an appointment on line, to make sure the Powers that Be have authorized this updated vaccine!

Stopped by this evening. Told clerk I had 2 prescriptions. Received a small bag with 2 containers, paid, and left. Got home to discover it was 2 containers of the same drug—which is fine—but no 2nd medication! Yet received a txt today that both were ready. Not going back. Will transfer scripts to CVS, or Amazon.

I would have give the pharmacy one star, BUT:Elaine was sharp, and though obviously trying to manage multiple customers AND a less-experienced crew, she was able to laser-focus on getting me served, which took her all of 2 minutes. Compared to the fledgling intern that was clearly struggling but didn't know better to ask for help.A clear indication of many things, but training ranks high up there. It's a thankless job, so I made very sure to say thank you to Eliane— and she knew I meant it.

I came to Pharmacy to pick up my meds, it was a mess. The technicians scrambles to search paper bags in each plastic bin, for every pick-up. Everyone waited a long time, as two technicians searching amongst so many paper bags. Can not believe such a pharmacy on earth...Will definitely go to CVS next time

My recent visit to Walgreens was truly impressive. The store's cleanliness and well-organized shelves created a pleasant shopping environment. The staff was not only courteous but also went above and beyond to assist customers. Walgreens' commitment to community well-being shone through its pharmacy services and diverse product selection. A standout experience that keeps me coming back for all my essentials.

I would give it a negative star if I could. I’ve had numerous issues that I brushed off due to locality convenience. The pharmacy team is the most unprofessional group I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been given the wrong scripts and charged for them. They would not provide me a refund (which happened twice) and recommended that I call corporate (It was over an hour's hold time, and the call hung up when someone answered). I went in there last week and asked if my husband could do a walk-in for his and our son's flu shot over the weekend; the pharmacist told me yes. My husband went in today, October 28th, and was told no after acknowledging we were told yes, and he laughed in my husband's face. Deplorable behavior and Walgreens should be ashamed. No, I will not waste my time calling corporate, but I will leave this comment as a longtime customer that will not be returning.

The attorney general needs to live here. I don't understand how they are in business. I am a type one diabetic. I will call for insulin and if they don't get the doc on the first try my script will sit for weeks with nothing done. They have personally been the reason I've been hospitalized more than once. Shut them down.

I don’t think the pharmacy could be any slower. The slowest pharmacy I’ve experienced.

Cashier Hannah so rude, simple question asked and she doesn’t able to give answers and that’s fine but she doesn’t even willing to understand the question and started taking the next customer.

Walgreens is a favorite of mine .How could it not be one's favorite store?. Stocked with a little bit of this and a little bit of that. There is always something new in the seasonal aisle.Walgreens has it all.

Very bad experience on my second visit from the moment we walked in the cashier named ed refused to let you make any purchases. Since 3 days before he had done shopping with my sister using coupons she did her shopping and I did mine. Refusing claiming that we could not use coupons and with the coupons the products were free. I have read. coupon policies and does not mention that store has limits on coupons. when i asked to speak to the manager on duty he said we could only use 4 coupons which is not his policy. Another employee kindly told them that the coupons were fine, to which the other cashier (Ed) and the manager on duty said no... I am Hispanic and I think that this was more of a discriminatory act.
