Took forever to get a scheduled covid and flu shot tonight - go to a cvs where they can keep a scheduled appointment- awful - several disgruntled people waiting

actually such an L store. foreal because the workers keep messing up price tags and stuff and the managers don't take responsibility for the mistakes of their employees. no integrity and that is so eMbaRASsing (no bleeps)

Pharmacy staff doesn't like working until closing hours, and starts to turn customers away around 15 minutes early. Staff chats with each other, studiously avoiding customers waiting in line as they give up in frustration. No store manager to complain to. They work for a different division. Unaccountable. Avoid.
