I feel so lucky to have Wales in my town. No request is too big or too small for Karen. You can't get this customer service at a big box store.

Wales is the place I trust to print anything that is precious to me. Karen goes above and beyond to make sure every product is done beautifully. I am so lucky to have her in my neighborhood!

I have been a customer for many years. Karen is great. She goes the extra mile (unless they are being slammed and it isn't possible) and is an intelligent and generous women who takes good care of this small, local printing shop. The whole staff is very competent. And I would much rather go here than to a large and charmless operation where folks aren't that invested in outcomes.

Bad customer service , not gently and have a personal conversation all time and don’t paying attention to the customer , If you enjoy bad service and waste time for a simple printing this is your place , never come back

My husband is usually the one who ends up going there to get things done. However, today I had to do the task and the service I received from Karen was exceptional. Friendly, informative and quick!! Definitely will recommend to family and friends! Thankyou

The job I had was simple but time sensitive so I followed up to make sure it was being handled. Apparently that set Karen off, where upon she suggested I was mentally challenged and compulsive. I have never heard of a vendor speaking to a client in this way before and I am disgusted and disturbed.

Karen and her staff are amazing - they go one step further - they understand what you need almost before you tell them. And results are always excellent - and if you don't like something, they will redo it until it's exactly what you want. I highly recommend.
