Swapped to Verizon from TMobile. I wasn't fully prepared. The dude was very patient. My apologies, I forgot his name. (I'll have to check my receipts and edit the review.) Got everything figured out. Gave great advice for the new phone, plan, and peripherals. Perfect service.

This place is no longer in business, it seems. Online and sign on the door says they are open, but all the lights are off, no one inside, and no one answers the phone (automated voicemail mailbox says its full).

David is simply AMAZING! I have never had a remotely positive experience in a Verizon store, but David not only exceeded expectations for Verizon but nearly any and all customer service experiences for me personally. David listened to my desires and educated me around products and options while making it very easy to follow along. I cannot recommend David and Verizon at Lexington highly enough.

Very unhappy with service provided by one of the store clerks. I went in to have my samsung phone changed to an iphone. The clerk first disabled the sim card on my samsung phone and then he said that my iphone does not work. He then says that my samsung phone cannot be used anymore. So I am left with no phone unless I buy a new phone. I come home and talked to a Verizon technician online and they enabled my samsung simcard. I conclude that the store clerk is either technically incompetent or unscrupulous.

So far I have dealt with 3 staff at the Lexington Verizon store in order to information gather and purchase a new cell phone. I have in general had very good experiences at this location and have purchased previous cell phones from them. I got excellent and patient advice from Devin on my first visit last week, but needed to think about it. I returned the next day to the helpful assistance by David with the purchase and set up of my new Samsung. I was able to leave the phone for him to do this work and pick it up later. Most everything transferred over, but I still needed to update the many apps at home which I find annoying, but I do not think the store can do this for a customer. That was Wednesday. By Friday there were all kinds of operational issues and on Saturday morning I was back at the store with Nick in charge. He had to remove and reinstall everything. I went home to redo the apps for the 2nd time. It is now Monday. There are still issues and I need to return to the store once again. We will see what happens today. The reason I spend a little extra on the phone is for service. I have gotten service, but going 4 times to start my new phone is excessive, especially during the pandemic. I will update when these issues are fixed.

Hands down the best experience I've ever had buying a phone! Neel and Zach are extremely helpful and kind salesman. They answered all of my questions and were completely transparent. If you are a Verizon customer and you go to another store to buy a cell phone, you're doing it wrong. Get yourself down to the Im wireless in Lexington Mass.
