We have been using Tricon for a few years. I work with Matt Keough and I always have a wonderful experience with him.They are always extremely attentive to my requests. The quality of the apparel is top-notch and the design is exactly what I expect. I am always impressed with the quick turnaround time and the competitive pricing. The customer service is excellent and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Tricon to anyone looking for high-quality, custom apparel.

Years ago, I ordered t-shirts for my students. They were invariably popular and lasted "like iron." Recently, I placed a re-order for the T-shirts, and - once again - they were delivered perfectly and quickly. It was very easy to do business with Tricon. I only wish that they still had their retail store - it was great fun.

After purchased $160 worth of hockey skates and sticks we asked if my son could try on protective gears, they told us NO since it takes more of their time.

I brought in skates to be sharpened for a game today. It was my first time going here and my last. My son got off the ice and was so mad because he couldn't turn well and it took a lot more energy to skate. I brought them down to my usual place and explained what happened without mentioning where I went. They said the skates had no edges and were not sharp at all. When I had gotten home earlier, I had told my wife that the man doing the sharpening seemed disinterested and like he didn't want to be there. I told her I felt really unsure about ever going back and that was before my son even tried the skates. Also, the man was not wearing a mask, which didn't help. We will not be back

Do NOT do online business with this operation where you can not personally confirm integrity of what you are purchasing. They send incomplete orders and claim that you, the buyer are trying to commit fraud against them when you contact them to resolve the issue. We ordered two sets of hockey blades and we felt only one through the bag it came in (yes, a bag - who ships hockey blades in a plastic bag??). We even videotaped the opening of that delivery bag so that there is no question what we actually got. The guy then has the nerve to turn around and accuse us of premeditated fraud. He should be careful making such slanderous comments against us without doing a background check to know what field we work in. We will clearly be disputing the charges for the second set of hockey blades never received. We will also be filing a BBB complaint, along with other consumer agencies so that this business never pulls this on any other customer again! Try to support a mom & pop store and this is what you get.

Seems to be a local institution, but when we went the guy who welcomed us was super unfriendly. We had some skates sharpened and they did a good job however.

I love going to Tricon Sports. The folks there are super helpful, which makes shopping there a breeze. It's a small store, but I've never felt like I haven't been able to find what I need.
