“This place is adorable. The workers are very nice and helpful. Their selection of toys are very interesting and fun for kids. Good place for gifts plus free gift wrapping.”
“I’ve been shopping here for years. There is never a shortage of options for thoughtful, unique and often local gifts. The store is a delight to explore and it is owned and staffed by delightful humans.”
“My baby enjoyed the place, went there today for the first time. Girl at counter was super sweet and kind the place is also clean. Will definitely be going back with my baby. They have lots of activities for the kids.”
“Went in today Dec 30 2023. The girls working there were phenomenal. They assisted me in finding the perfect gift for a friend, a very nice chess set. I will be back for sure”
“Great place! The owner is very kind and passionate about the retro gaming industry, which shows in how much he puts in to the store. There’s always something new to look at, whether it be games, figures, consoles, cards, etc. There’s something for everyone. They even do trade ins which is really cool, since they’ll give you more than a penny and a single bit of string (like certain chain game stores) for that game you bought but didn’t end up liking. If you want a comfortable environment for some fun retro gaming shopping, go here. There really isn’t a place that’s better, in my opinion.”

75 Middlesex Turnpike Space 2064, Burlington“I have been to many Lego stores around the world and the one at the Burlington Mall is one of the best in the US for an AFOL. First, the series minifigs were sorted so that you could buy the ones you wanted with reasonable certainty. Although LEGO probably frowns on this, I for one, bought many more because I only wanted certain parts or certain minifigs. Second, thankfully, they had a baseplate with all the elements that they had in stock, both in front and it the back. That is incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, I didn't need any PAB. Their in-stock set selection was good also. However, I didn't know whether my visit coincided with re-stock day or whether this was normal. The employees were super, super friendly and had just the right amount of "do you need some help" while allowing me to just browse and take in the ambiance of the store. Definitely one of my favorite Lego stores in the US.”

349 Newbury St, Boston“Such a fun experience! The employees were super nice and went out of their way to show me products that weren't even on display. I left with things that I loved (all Pokemon products). There are a ton of Studio Ghibli things, so definitely stop by if you like that. I was surprised to see that they had Ponyo merch. Haven't seen that anywhere!”
“They might be a little more expensive but it's a family owed busines. I would rather bring my child there and spend my money so they can have that toy store expensive. I had toys R us growing up.They are super friendly and they have tons of fun toys for all ages”

17 White St, Cambridge“A really cute toy store. Amazing people, amazing products. It’s always a joy to go to and I go out of my way for this one specifically due to their stock and personality. If the other Henry Bear’s Park stores don’t have it, this one is for sure to. There’s a puzzle actively being worked on when you go in, there’s a very welcoming energy.”
“Oh my gosh Shane was amazing and did the entire experience! He made my daughter’s birthday so magical! This is the first time someone really went above and beyond. He did the whole heart ceremony, the bath time for the bear, and helped my daughter dress her bear. He was also extremely kind, we didn’t feel rushed at all which was so nice. Reminded me of when I was a kid and the magic was there.”
“Went in on a Sunday to pick up an order for my wife. Store was not yet open, but they were very nice and helped me anyway. There was a mix-up on the order that was not their fault. Tricia (manager?) was very polite and professional and straightened everything out quickly and efficiently. Absolutely wonderful customer service. Very well done!”

While it's been difficult to be away from my 7 year old, I've been able to win some points with a periodic gift from Magepie.Karen is super helpful and friendly. This place has become a sort of beloved staple on my New England routine. Highly recommend!”

19 Harvard St, Brookline“Great store that has a variety of toys, books, puzzles for babies and older kids. Staff was helpful, friendly and let you browse leisurely without pressure. They gift wrapped two gifts free for me. Happy to support a local business in my town.”
“Lovely store. Lovely accessories. Just like Disney! Except that they sold an offensive snapback hat with a middle finger. Why is that type of clothing even in stock?”
“Very friendly and helpful staff, great variety of toys including puzzles, outdoor toys. You can find toys for all ages here, including STEM/educational toys. There is also a wide variety of Lego sets with different price ranges, perfect for last minute birthday gifts. Finally, there is plenty of parking around.”
“SO MUCH CUTE STUFF AND IF YOU'RE A KPOP OR SANRIO FAN YOU'D BE OBSESSED. Minus a star though because some things are overpriced and some don't have price tags on them so you always have to ask an employee.”

145 Lincoln Rd, Lincoln“I have enjoyed shopping here for years, and all the recipients love their gifts. I went in today asking for a batterie that Donnellan's did not have in stock, they did not carry any but the store keep had an extra and gave it to me free of charge!Support local briskness, because they support you in a multidude of ways!”
“I had the most wonderful experience at the Toy Shop. The ladies that work there are amazingly helpful. The selection is quiet good and I always get compliments on the gifts that I buy there. It's always nice to have a local store to shop in.”
“Had a great experience here when looking for boxes for some rather large gifts (boxes used for bowls and/or vases). Angie was super helpful! She showed me the type box available, and even put it together for me, and when I went to get the item and tried it, it worked perfectly! I felt so happy to find these boxes, and bought several. Angie was friendly and very customer service oriented which I really appreciated. Karen also was helpful at checkout. Although I didn't look around too much on this visit, the store seems loaded with nice gift items! I highly recommend this Paper Store. Kudos to their outstanding staff!”

255 Worcester St, Natick“What a gem! I brought my kids' stuff and received cash on a spot, but wait! I had to spend it, because I found treasures. I never leave empty handed. Come check for yourself”
“I wish I remembered the associates name but her ID number is 005452 and on 6/21/2021 she really went out of her way to help me and I appreciate her so much for it! One of the most sweetest, genuine and kind lady's I've came across to, especially that day. I was not having a good day and she went above and beyond to help me. I literally cried because I was grateful for her. If you're ever reading this, just know I appreciate you!! <3”
“My little brother (13) and I absolutely LOVED this store!! The secret area is so magical and pretty and it truly heals my inner child, and my brother had so much fun showing off his basketball skills and there’s an area for painting although I’m not sure if that’s something you just do, or if you sign up for it. It was so fun and had super cute stuff I would’ve totally bought more if I had the money!! The girl who checked us out was super kind and I didn’t even know that the back area existed until she asked if we wanted to check it out. if you’ve never been here, GO. It’s SOOOO fun and cute and nice there. I can’t wait until I can go back!”
“This Paper Store has recently relocated to inside the Burlington Mall.Located right next to Fogo de Chao, this new space is much bigger now which means there's more product to shop! The design of this new location is also clean and very modern feeling. Same as at other locations, you can find jewelry, apparel, toys, greeting cards, and more. I also saw that they offer ear piercing which I've never seen inside of a Paper Store before. Glad they moved to the mall because parking is a LOT easier now.”
“Really inviting, friendly staff, and well-kept. I loving stopping in here whenever I'm around, and it's a wonderful place to play magic and meet nice people.”
