Kerrie is so amazing! She really takes the time to understand what you want (or helps you figure out what you do want if you're indecisive and don't know). She's also very kind and considerate. Salon is very clean and friendly and super convenient in downtown Lexington where you can grab a coffee and walk around.

I come home from Florida every Spring to rush back to have Stephanie cut , color, and highlight my hair! Great job, friendly faces, clean and save environment. Better results and less $ than ANY salon Naples FL.

I recently had the most incredible Brazilian blowout experience at Stephanie Louis Salon, all thanks to the exceptional talent of Kerrie! From the moment I entered the salon, I was impressed by its pristine cleanliness and welcoming ambiance. Kerrie's warm and friendly demeanor put me at ease, and she took the time to listen to my hair goals. During the treatment, Kerrie's skillful hands worked wonders on my hair. The Brazilian blowout results were simply stunning - my hair has never been this smooth, shiny, and frizz-free! I can't stop raving about the fantastic job she did. Stephanie Louis Salon and Kerrie have gained a loyal customer in me, and I can't wait to share my experience with everyone and return for more hair care magic!

The best salon I’ve been to in years! I started seeing another stylist at Stephanie Louis when I first moved to the area almost 2 years ago and while I was happy with her I never felt like she 100% listened to what I wanted or what my hair goals were.However, a few months ago some staffing changes landed me in Kerrie’s chair and it’s been a night and day difference! Kerrie has made my hair goal come true in just a few visits, it needed some work, but I get so many compliments now it makes me feel fabulous. Kerrie has also started doing my girls hair and while it may not be the best space for little child she’s been fabulous with my 6 and 8 year old.

My husband, kids and I have been clients of Stephanie and Lou's for several years. They have always taken great care to keep their salon clean and welcoming and of course provide the best hair cuts and color along with great conversation. Since Covid, they have taken it to another level of professionalism. I was the only client in the salon when I had my hair done the last 2 times and was impressed with their commitment to keeping a safe environment for their customers. Aside from all the state mandated rules about cleaning and mask wearing, etc, I noticed they have added an air purifier and witnessed them cleaning everything, before and after use while I was there. Stephanie even wiped down my credit card with a disinfectant wipe when I paid! We will continue to be forever clients!

I have been a long time customer of Stephanie, and stopped getting my hair done in March. By the end of July, I could not take it and was so pleased with both my hair and the attention to health and safety. The experience was so good, and better than many other stores I'd been in, I sent by my tween girls in August. She does a great cut and color and I often get compliments, so I just booked my next appointment!

Does not take COVID seriously- over crowed at times, no consistent mask wearing, stay away. Stylists do not change smocks in between clients.
