got my suit dry cleaned here because I heard good things from others. when I went there they couldn't find my suit and when they did, I didn't question it because I needed to get going. I discover today that is in fact NOT my suit. when I return I will be making this a big problem.

I chose Nature’s Way cleaners due to its using organic and nontoxic techniques. I dropped off a slip cover with some dirt stains. When I picked it up I asked if they were able to remove the stains and he said yes so I didn’t examine it closely until I got home. When I went to put the slip cover back on to my sofa cushion not only were the stains still there but the inside of the slip cover was covered with black dog hair that was difficult to remove. I don’t think that they worked on removing the stains at all, and now the stains are set. I’m very disappointed!

All I can say is WOW! I had an upcoming business trip and couldn't get back from my office in time to pick up my suit. Called Nature's Way and they dropped my suit off at my house for me that day. Great service, and thanks for saving me from being "suitless" at two important client meetings!

Sal and his son run a spectacular family business that use only green and sustainable dry cleaning chemicals as opposed to the competition. He has done a great job with both quality and price and does not upcharge for dresses either. My fiancée and I love supporting this business!

I live close by so from time to time I give up and bring my clothes there. EVERY TIME one of the items gets ruined. And they never acknowledge it, so I usually find out when I decide to wear it. First time I thought "oh well, maybe this stain was there", second time "maybe this dress was not supposed to be dry cleaned", third "this cannot be a coincidence"... Every time I would find a different cleaners, then in like 6 months I would forget and bring something to Nature's Way cleaners. Well, this time they ruined 2! very expensive pieces .... One designer blouse has a huge stain (and this white blouse was completely clean I just needed to refresh it) and the $500 black dress with white stripes is now a worthless black dress with grey stripes.
