The two men who came to pick up my belongings were very understanding, efficient, and careful with my things. They are clearly experienced with taking apart and packing furniture. They are great at communication of expectations and checked in with me throughout the process to ensure that they were collecting the correct items (as I live in a shared apartment currently). Our movers were friendly, speedy, and careful: I had no concerns handing them pre-packed fragile objects or letting them finish wrapping and handling furniture items. Everything was delivered up two flights of stars (no elevator) with no issue—they were courteous, asked where things should go, and clever with arrangement so we still had room to maneuver among the forest of boxes. At the end of it, they actually came in *under* the quote, which was a lovely surprise on top of a surprisingly painless move. During that time, we’ve done all kinds of moves - mini, local, multi-day large scale, interstate and international.Olympia is my go-to moving company for a lot of reasons:1) The crews are excellent and they are committed to doing whatever it takes to ensure the client is satisfied. There are too many people to name here, but some of my favorite crew leads are Rawn, Andrei T, Carlos, Bob, Andrei R, Branislav, and Marius.2) Estimates are fair, thorough and transparent (I love Eddie in sales).3) They also have fantastic move coordinators who will make sure all of the details are buttoned up and check in with you along the way.4) Everyone behind the scenes at the warehouses, in operations, finance/billing and other back office operations are a pleasure to work with as well. Their storage facilities are large, clean, and efficiently run.5) When something doesn’t go according to plan (let’s face it, it happens occasionally), Olympia does everything they can to make it right. And we learn from these experiences and make ourselves even better.”
“We just had the full service (including both full packing and unpacking) long distance moving to Boston 3 days ago, the experience is so smooth and wonderful, the two movers (Rene & Roel) deserve a thumbs up, they both did it so efficient and professional, they are very attentive and careful, nothing break/lost during the entire moving service, also made our moving super effortless, basically we didn’t have to pack or unpack a single box (except we chose to do the closet ourselves). Special thanks to them!
However I don’t recommend booking the cleaning service together. We originally booked also the cleaning service on the day of delivery, discussed with CS prior that the cleaners to come after unpacking finishes, however they came to our building right after delivery done, before any unpacking. And the CS blamed me on the phone it was my problem of having too much stuff, made the unpacking delayed (wasn’t I booking all services with the same company? ) this made me so frustrated and in the end decided to cancel the cleaning service instead”

“After having a horrible experience last year with movers, I decided to use Piece by Piece Movers as recommended by the property management company for the building I moved to. The 2 man crew arrived on time and were efficient but handled my belongings with care. I was pleasantly surprised by how polite and professional they were. They helped me to set up my bed, and arrange my living room furniture.
They do have a 4 hour minimum but it's worth it. I gladly gave them a generous cash tip.”
