Lauren is the best. She is knowledgeable about all the farm products. Everything she sells at the farm is tasty and healthy . Her farm is beautiful, and her products speak for themselves.

Took my family to the farm, they absolutely loved it! The staff were wonderful with my nieces, showed them all the animals and even picked some vegetables with them! Thank you for such a memorable visit :)

Feels wonderful to buy high quality produce that hasn't been sprayed or treated with any chemicals. Even the chickens eat the best quality food money can buy. I also love buying their flower, elderflower syrup and bee pollen. Lauren is very knowledgeable and kind and is passionate about promoting healthy eating and reducing food waste.

Charming. Lauren is a loving person. We need more farms like this they care about the well-being of those who visit them.

Super unhappy about this place. Super overpriced and not too much fun!! The lady only gave us the bucket and sent us to veggie picking, didn’t mention how they’re priced at all. We normally don’t have eggplants and kale in our diet but because it seems fun my 2 year old picked a little of everything. I ended up had to pay 1 lb for literally 3 pieces of kale leaves, and when I asked why she said “I don’t weigh kale!” A dozen of eggs for $15 and the whole chicken was like over $50 for 4 lb.Also, even though I obviously had the whole chicken in my cart she looked me in the eye and said “our rule is that you HAVE TO buy something from the store!” When I said I have the whole chicken, she was like “alright! I guess that counts as well”??♀️Be smart, people, and don’t go there! There’s many other better farms than this! They just want your money ?

We visited this lovely farm back in March to bottle feed some lambs. What a treat! Farmer Lauren met us in the parking lot (down a longggg dirt driveway and left past the barn) and introduced us to the cows and sheep. We learned a lot and she's clearly most knowledgeable. They sell all kinds of high quality food items. Can't wait to go back! (Ps. Although we were given ample warning about dressing for the occasion I had no idea how... "barn-y" I'd smell after.)

Super cute farm- we took our 18 month old and the ability to switch from picking blueberries to chickens to sheep quickly was great for her attention span. Laura is very sweet, clearly loves what she does, and is great with kids. Can’t wait to go back!

I had an amazing experience at Meadow Mist Farm. After driving down a dirt road, you find yourself at a hidden gem that feels like rustic Vermont in the middle of Lexington. Everything on the farm is chemical-free. Picking our own blueberries was a treat and the eggs were delicious! This is a really unique farm, would definitely recommend checking it out!

AWESOME farm. Took our grandchildren for an outing. Owner gave us a very nice tour and instructed the children on how to feed the animals and how to pick the vegetables. Size of the farm was very suitable for them. Thanks Lauren.

$20 per quart for strawberries. They probably ought to publicize this price. Also, when we arrived for our children to pick strawberries, they wanted us to pay $20 for someone else's quart of strawberries. Another family seemed to be stuck there, because they picked too many and maybe could not afford so many. Perhaps they did not know the price, as they did not tell us until we asked. They said the strawberries were "super-organic" and criticized organic as having a ton of chemicals anyway. The strawberries were fresh tasting and juicy, and our children loved them. I though they were not sweet and nothing like the strawberries we grew when I was a kid.I was very happy to drive away from the farm, to be quite frank.Oh, I forgot, they warn you not to eat any while you pick, either, so you can be sure to pay for what you pick. Of course no one expects to eat a piece of fruit while at a self-picking farm, right?Edit: Owner claims that not allowing any eating while picking is due to Covid. We were there before Covid, and no eating was allowed then either, so apparently they are a bit dishonest too. I understand that the property is in an expensive area, but that's why no one else has a farm there anymore. There really was a family holed up like hostages not wanting to pay more than $100 for strawberries, since they never imagined such a high price!

What a treasure to find in the midst of Lexington! Highest quality meats, bones, local honey, EVOO, and produce! How has it taken me this long to find?!?

Amazing place!! We stumbled upon this farm and were instantly greeted by Lauren who helped us pick our own chard, carrots, and beets. It was so fun to get truly fresh veggies! We met some other shoppers there who told us we had to try the eggs and garlic too. Lauren shared some cooking ideas and gave us a great recipe for beet hummus (photo). Everything I’ve made from what I picked / bought has been INCREDIBLE. Can’t wait to go back; highly recommended!

What they don’t post are prices. They sent us out to their fields and we picked our veggies, which was fun, and the lady was nice. Anyhow, we didn’t expect this at checkout:Celery $3.50 per pound (and you must buy the entire plant, a large head was $18)Carrots $4.50 per poundGreens $5-6 per bundle? We had 2.75 pounds and they got rang up as 5 units for a total of $26.00Garlic $20 per pound.Tomatoes $6.50 per pound.Shallots are $7.50 per pound.Eggplant $5.00 per poundPepper $5.00 per pound? My 1.7 oz of peppers were rounded up to one pound. They are both charging high and over charging on top of that. Not happy.
