It took less than a week, the car was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The entire process of financing and purchase took less than 24-hours. I purchased a minivan from Scott soon after the reopening from the pandemic shutdown in 2020, He was very straightforward, pleasant, and easy to work with, and fairly valued my trade-in. My experience with Scott and Mabuchi Motorcars was flawless. Scott is the antithesis of every car dealer I’ve ever worked with prior. I love my new car, but the process of purchasing a vehicle is really what sets this dealership apart. Scott has the car that’s listed on his website with no bait and switch tactics. He’s personally gone over it and made sure it’s a superb vehicle. He’s upfront, honest, and willing to go the extra mile to help you make an informed decision. I have never written a google review before, but I was moved to by his customer service and attention to detail.

Scott was so easy and nice to work with and made buying a car very easy. The car was exactly as advertised. I did not feel pressured in anyway to buy the car. The car was also in AMAZING condition and had low miles. He made my whole car buying experience as easy as could be. Would defiantly recommend buying a car from Scott.

After two very frustrating attempts to purchase a used vehicle from two large Honda dealerships, I had the luck to discover Scott at Mabuchi Motorcars. What a breath of fresh air! He was so pleasant to deal with, and really went out of his way to ensure the sale went well. The 2017 Honda Pilot I purchased was in excellent condition - my mechanic pronounced it, "awesome." I would highly recommend Mabuchi Motorcars, and I will be a return customer for our next vehicle purchase.

We purchased a 2014 Subaru Forester from Scott. He made the whole process quick and painless, even driving the car to get a pre-purchase inspection and then to our house to finalize the paperwork. Scott is not your typical car dealer for all the right reasons. He operates with a genuine honesty, integrity and empathy, a very rare combination within this industry. Throughout the sales process Scott was upfront and flexible with the negotiation of sale price and considerations following the pre-purchase inspection on a BMW we were interested in. Shortly after taking ownership we experienced some minor issues with the car. However, in the end Scott made right by us by ensuring we had a fully operational and safe vehicle. Most importantly, he treated us like family in a way that was genuine beyond any car buying experience I have had. Personally, I would not hesitate to use Scott again. If you are considering buying a vehicle from Mabuchi Motorcars, move forward with confidence!

Great service and beautiful pre-owned car! It's a special thing when the guy standing behind the car has so much knowledge about detailing cars and the mechanics under the hood. When he delivers a car you know it is pristine!
