I never dedicate time for writing reviews, but now I consider it's a must do to make sure my neighbors in Arlington, Lexington and other towns doesn't service your vehicle here.We had a terrible experience when they damaged the interior of our under-warranty Rav4 while they were replacing a broken part of the central console. The technicians that did the replacement leave marks, chips and dents everywhere with their tools. All are cosmetics damages that look way worst than the original broken piece of the central console. We informed about the damages right away, in person to the service division manager - Pat Gillan-, and after by contacting Sean Grey -the delearship manager- sending him pictures. Long story short, they make us go there to check the damages, make us wait weeks for answers, then asked us more pictures and finally, after a month of back and forth, they claimed that the damage was done before and that they "professional tools" are especially designed to avoid this.I really warn you to not service your car here, they basically will do great damage and never asume accountability.We are never returning here, not for maintenance, parts, definitely not for purchasing new vehicles.

I took my car in for a 15K maintenance interval and had an appointment at 12 Noon. The only real thing they had to do was to change the oil, everything was just routine checks. I left the car and they told me they would text/call me when the car was ready. No call, so I called them in the late afternoon to see if the car was ready. Not ready, but they would call me when it was. No call, so at 5pm I called again. No answer, so I left a voicemail. No call, so I got a ride and went down there. Dealer was closed at 6pm and no one was around. I had to go back the next day to finalize the paperwork and pickup my key. What a pain in the butt. I would not recommend this place.

I will always recommend them and have had them recommend to me. First off they have the best prices all together that I've seen, everyone else was about $10k more for a new car. Great customer service, Joel was very professional and helpful. I normally hate dealing with car dealers but I was very comfortable working with Joel, he did not try and up sell me, he didn't pressure me, he just helped me with the process and he had all the answers I needed. Definitely recommend asking to speak to him can't recommend him or this location enough.

I spoke with Mike Gilgun from Lexington Toyota (there are three Mikes at Lexington Toyota) on Monday and asked him for a price quote, he told me he couldn't give me an accurate price without seeing the car, but worst case scenario I wouldn't pay a dime over $600. I told him that I wouldn't be available to bring my car in until later this week, but I was going to check with Woburn first as they were more conveniently located for me in the interim. After a terrible experience with Woburn Toyota (check their page for that review, warning: it's long), I called Mike back and apologized for not just going with him first.Mike was wonderful. He asked me to send him a few pictures of the mirror, and called me, actually excited because he overquoted me originally, and he wanted to let me know that he was pretty sure he could do it for less than $550. Mike and I texted a few times back and forth so that he could make sure he was ordering the correct part in preparation of me coming in.When I got to Lexington Toyota, the five open customer service reps all greeted me, and by the time I left they had all told me how much they appreciated my business. A very long story short. I spent less time waiting AT Lexington Toyota for Lexington Toyota to replace my mirror, than I spent waiting just to be checked in at Woburn Toyota. Oh, and by the way, the final price I paid... $493. Yes, you read that right, a full 23% less expensive than Woburn Toyota.Sometimes you need a good kick in the pants to remember why you were shopping at one particular place over their competition. Lexington Toyota exceeded my expectations and reminded me why I've bought my last three cars from them, and why I choose to get my cars serviced there.

they charged me $104.14 for changing the oil and air filter. I always was paying $58.95 for changing the oil . everybody knows changing air filter takes 5 seconds. this cost is ridiculous . Lexington Toyota is too expensive. I hoped someone would be held accountable, but it wasn't.I won't get there anymore.
