Very hit or miss. Sometimes the cuts come out great and others times my dog will have cuts over her body. I wouldn't recommend due to inconsistent quality.

This was our first time at any dog groomer, for our first grooming for our dog. The most important thing for us was that when our dog came out he was happy and was happy to see us but also happy to be around the staff, and the owner there also. When we first got there, the owner picked him up with no problems and she was so welcoming and kind, and we saw that it continued throughout the experience. We are very happy with the experience there and look forward to continuing this relationship with Golden Paws. And birch was very happy and continues to be happy at home after this experience!

Great grooming at a reasonable rate. We bring our doodle and they give her great haircuts.

My nervous and abused rescue dog did amazing. I was able to get updates from the front desk on how she did. She smells fantastic and I am very happy with her wash and cut.10/10

I have been to this place with my small size pup first time as I am new to the town. The quality of work was poorest I have seen. My pup was same as before grooming. None in my family was able to differentiate before and after grooming work. They still $65. I felt like cheated.

they used to be good but they overbook so there were more than one instances my dog was there over 4-5 hrs and still not done. Also, last time we took our dog there she got a huge scar on her nose which was bleeding and bothering her for weeks

I have a standard poodle and gave explicit instructions regarding his cut. Leave the head and tail long, just clean up the ends. Dog came home with really short pompadour and a tiny little Pom Pom tail. The cut of his body and legs was decent. Next time, talk to the groomer directly, although doubtful if I would go back. Super disappointing! Oh, forgot that they made our original appointment for a Monday, we got there, they aren't open on Mondays, and had to reschedule.

Zero stars was not an option, so I selected 1. This was an utterly terrible experience. My 9mth old pup was totally stressed out, she was nicked with a razor in two spots and her mats on front and back legs, bum and paws were not removed. They also sent my $40 leash home with another dog. They were able to recover and return it, but I have spent $80+ for a stressful experience, have a nervous dog, and now have to take her to another groomer to do the proper job. I complained and they made excuses and did not take proper accountability or even bother to offer a refund. Wish I had paid attention to a few of the most recent reviews. Just all round terrible place and strongly recommend against anyone taking their pets there.

These people removed my dog’s seresto collar and didn’t tell me. Few days later the dog had ticks on and the collar was not in place. Since obviously the dog could not remove the collar herself and I didn’t .. it had to be groomers. I paid 70 for the collar, 70 for grooming, and now 70 for a new collar total of 210$!!!! Thank golden paws!They are saying they will mail the collar and I could store it in a bag. This is not the way to treat clients. If your shortcomings caused others to lose money don’t charge for your services. We had to give the dog another bath to make sure he and us were safe. Not going there again

this place removed the seresto collar that as in the dog and never told me. few days later to dog has a few tikcs. the collar was new. the staff replied"oh so sorry", pict it up. thee negfligence costo a total of 250 (grooming that I now regresar, seresto collar they removed and works perfectly and a new serato collar tale some accountability

They are awful to the dogs. The owner told me I had to tranquilize my puppy because he was not easy. Maybe he was, but they should be trained to calm the dog. The owner was very nasty and confrontational. I've met two dog owners since, and they basically had the same experience.

Have been going here for a while. My dog came home very upset. Spent all day yesterday hiding and shaking. And there are parts that weren’t trimmed properly. They gave my pup a bath after I asked them not to as well and tried to charge me full price. I will be doing this myself or find a place I know I can really trust.

Had our 1 yr old miniature poodle get groomed here a few times. The cuts got progressively worse. No matter how many times I asked for a puppy bear cut, he kept coming home more and more like a coyote.

Marlucia and Golden Paws have been caring for our dogs for over 20 years now. They love our dogs and do such a great job with their grooming.

We have our dog for close to 7 years, and we got the best haircut ever.Smooth, even, and just beautiful.I must say that grooming is a lot of work, I get it, but $78 for it, was a bit much.So will I go back. Definately a maybe.But great haircut, and attention to detail in our dogs grooming.Amazing job!
