I've been a customer of Eye Look Optical for years, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. During my most recent visit, they went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with my new frames. A big thank you to Paul and the entire team for their exceptional customer service. I truly appreciate their guidance, flexibility, and the fantastic selection of frames to choose from. Highly recommend!

I don’t typically give reviews but in this case I feel that Eye Look Optical has earned a 5 star rating. I strongly believe that while you come for the product, you stay with a company because of the service. My experience with Anna Maria was exceptional. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, she helped me find the glasses that fit and looked great. The selection and equipment used to fine tune prescription glasses was the reason I chose Eye Look and they exceeded my expectations. But the reason that I will go back again and again is Anna Maria. If you need glasses, give them a try, you wont be disappointed!

I visited Eye Look Optical today for the first time, intending to select new glasses to replace a pair that I had lost. Had I been treated respectfully, I was in the market for a new Optician shop, since my old one was regrettably sold to private equity. I waited my turn, as the shop was busy when I arrived, and when she was free, one employee simply pointed out where the women's frames were located in the store and then went away. I had to ask repeatedly for help and two employees and even the owner himself gave me only cursory service, telling me to open the drawers. When I asked one employee a question about a pair of frames, he told me that I should not allow any frames I was not interested in to touch one another (I hadn't!!) or they would get damaged. Needless to say I will not return. The experience left such a bad taste in my mouth that I felt compelled to leave this review.

I bought a pair of glasses from them that get complimented at least once a month. Seriously. I took them to another place to have new prescription lenses put in and they broke the frames and made no effort to fix them. Took them back to EyeLook and they fixed them right up, no charge. A few weeks later, I was in an accident and the frames got badly bent. Took them to EyeLook and they fixed them up in ten minutes, no charge. I'll never bother with any other shop, it's totally worth the drive out from Boston. Also: a great selection of frames and a very helpful and friendly staff. Five stars.

Beautiful store and exceptional customer service. I stopped by for some adjustments and repairs to my glasses. Andrew helped me fix it immediately and provided a bottle of cleaning spray and wipe at no extra charge! I will be coming back again to take a look at their eyewear selection. Thank you again, Andrew for taking care for me.

I love wearing glasses and I have it for various occasions. Honestly, I hardly find any new glasses that I like from ordinary optical shop. Till recently, I visited Boston and found EyeLook Optical, I was very surprise to find many new designs of glasses that I love, so I decided to get one. It's expensive but it worths. Paul, probably the owner, was very professional in optical and offered me excellent opinion and service. I've been to many local and overseas optical shops, so far, this is the BEST!

"We don't charge for things like that." I found Eye Look on Yelp looking for an eyeglass repair place near me. My regular optician said my sunglasses could not be repaired. Matt Johnson looked at them and said, of course they can be repaired! One day later they were perfect! AND when I asked the price and reached for my wallet, he said, "We don't charge for things like that." WHAT? Who says that these days? Eye Look does! When I need new glasses, you can bet where I'm going.

Matt’s deep experience and skill led me to the best fitting glasses and the best lenses I’ve ever had. It’s like going from watching old movies to watching wide-screen CinemaScope. So much less distortion from the Progressives.And Matt took more care in fitting the final frames to my face and ears than anyone ever has. I have always had to fuss with the earpieces myself in the past. These fit securely and comfortably from the get-go.These cost a lot more than my prior glasses from other places, but the frames, the lenses and the skilled service were worth it.

Exceptional service. The staff here saved my day.. a leg of my glasses broke off out of nowhere and I had to fix it immediately luckily there was this eyeglasses shop here. I had to head back to work after I handed a staff my glasses, so only she fix them, she also deliver those fixed glasses to my workplace, gifted my a spray bottle and eyeglasses box, and all of these for free. Really appreciated your help!
