Hello i have been watching my mother struggle to get this place to answer the phone. She needs help getting her meds as she is low income. Ghosting people who are seeking health for their mental health isn't very professional. Please hire more caring staff

I was called by this place and I was told I could get help that I need so very much and they did nothing to help. I am going through so much here with abuse and I had to leave but had no place to go and they started to help with telling me about places to live and section 8 and never got the mental health care I needed and was told they don't help with housing after doing it on the computer and I asked to speak to the supervisor and Molly never callback or had anyone else call me back and I'm going through hell .they just stopped everything and the attitude was so bad. So many promises that were never kept and I didn't call them but I thought that everything would be ok cause they called me to help and left me out with nothing and I can't even tell you how horrible my situation is. I never was rude or anything and only asked why and tried texting asking to speak with supervisor and nothing. Life isn't good and it's gotten so bad and I don't know what to do but I'm in a bad place. Be careful with your insurance here, theyll keep using it even if you aren't with them for years after. Facts!???

awful and unintelligent people throughout. you are very lucky to get one of the few that have both a working brain and human compassion. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THEM UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY, ESPECIALLY THEIR HOUSING SERVICES.

Horrible services! The company does not care about you or the workers! They send ppl to u high with no consequences! They change workers so often that is hard to get anything done. This experience has been more stressful and uncomfortable. I' feel deleted that this company is in such good standards and is allowed to do such a Horrible job! We're is the protection and professionalism here! You guys bill mu insurence to do nothing but make my life worse! Don't use ethics company find someone who cares and hires ppl who care!

I was very happy w Elliot+my caseworker, Eddie- until recently, when without notice, I was" DUMPED"!- I do admit that I was slow to engage in what was suggested, but,DUE TO COVID+ lack of preventative care... I was denied surgical care+ my G.I system has now made me a G.I. cripple!- I have done several suggested issues/ plans/ actions.I live in constant pain-am trying to learn to live w it- have several med Dr appts a month/ week->I was told to volunteer at facilities- but I need money!-I was told that RIVERSIDE is now covering my area-> BUT NOONE THERE SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT I AM TALkiNG ABOUT!-- GUESS I WAS LEFT OUT TO " ROT"!

This place sucks!! Their CCS is filthy with rude staff. AcCS sucks too. Not set up for pple with serious trauma histories. The BHCP is really bad. They have Bachelor level workers that are suppose to coordinate care but have no medical background. Only dept that is of any help is med services. My head med Dr is the best, surprising tho bc Eliot is the worst of the worst. Crisis mobilization unit is horrendous. The must place ads that say ..if u truly hatep pple and want to do more harm than good we r the organization to work for. Stay away if u want to hold onto the sanity u have left.

Lynn ccs is horrible! A staff member told me to stay in my room I wasn't allowed to talk to ppl who were talking to me.. he was very rude and mademe leave treatment due to the way he treated .me. it's dirty in there also.. they don't seem to have any groups and when they do there on line in they are not worth attending because they are not structured well..the group it mostly the pts talking not the professional here to teach and guide us. I wouldn't send my dog there to work with Jose the clinicaln. He has a bad bed side manner and .he need training on how not to treat pts that are asking for help.Also need to be retaining on wha hus job is and how to do it in a helpfull manner. He made me never want to work with ccs or the company any more or ask for help when needed.i give the a -0 not a 1 start
