Badly repaired no fan work in bathroom no wall switches work. Soap empty. Obviously permanent living on other floors bathroom door doesn’t close Everything poorly installed. Overpriced.

Perfectly adequate, but a bit tired. Quiet, despite being near the freeway. Kitchen setup is much better than average.
Walkability: Not at all walkable
Food & drinks: Decent breakfast, but nothing special.
