Went in to try to open a business bank account, they said they were too busy. Guess I will go somewhere else!

Worst customer service. I had just closed all my accounts at boa and wanted an actual teller to deposit the money because of the amount and they wouldn't do it. They were very rude. I'll find a new branch.

Incompetent employees who do not verify identification when making account level changes. Will not be a Citizens customer in the future.
