“Accurate Brake and Alignment breaks all of the stereotypes for mechanics. They are more than fair to all of their costumers and treat each with respect and quality service. “Over the past few years, I’ve had to get body work done on my Prius three times. (Someone backed into me once, a branch fell on my roof, and something else happened that has slipped my mind.) I worked with Jimmy every time, and it was a real pleasure. He is such a good guy and so enjoyable. Honest, conscientious, and low key, with a quiet sense of humor. He really cares about getting things right—always going the extra mile—but he tries to save me money in the process. Thanks to him, my ten-year-old car looks like it just came out of the showroom. “I live in Lexington about a mile from this gas / service station and use it regularly.

Regarding the gas prices: it's true that it is somewhat expensive, but it is full service. I typically use it when I am in a hurry or in the winter when it's cold and I am on my way to work and don't want to freeze my hands pumping gas.

Regarding the service center: I've used them for the past 5 years for inspections, breaks, battery, etc. I have always found them to be fair and it is very convenient for me. I can drop the car off, walk (or bike home) and come back later to pick the car up.

Overall people are very nice and courteous. They always call if the car needs extra work or when the car is ready. While not the cheapest place the location is important to me so I will continue to use them.”

“I have had several good experiences getting flat tires fixed here. They are cordial and did the fix immediately. I was in and out within 20 minutes (I called beforehand to check to see if they were busy). My only surprise was that the repair was $40, but I guess everything is more expensive nowadays.”
