“Although I didn’t get my car back on the original day I was told that it would be done they did a great job. Things come up and schedules can shift and they were very communicative with me about that. I can’t thank Mal’s and Mal Jr in particular enough, my car was hit while parked and the front door and fender were mangled. They did an excellent job on the repair work and even gave the interior a full detail cleaning.

“We had an incident where the bumper on our Audi A3 got ripped off on the left side. The tail light fell out of it. We needed to get it repaired and we were told by another repair shop that it would take two weeks and cost about $1500. Mac's looked at it and said they felt they could wrangle it back onto the car without us having to replace the entire bumper. What they did LOOKED AMAZING and cost $200. It took just a few hours. RUN to Mac's when you need help. They do awesome work and we were thrilled with the result.”

“I took my car for oil change and back tire replacement. It was to my surprise $1500.00 dollars later they told me the cost would be.?
I was actually very grateful as they did a thorough inspection as they usually do with every oil and filter change. I was told my tyrods also needed replacement as my battery was not working properly. It both could have created safety issues which I am so grateful for repairing. I cannot place a dollar amount on safety. I actually think it was a reasonable price.
I am also happy they did a thorough inspection of the car as it is a 2006 late model. They said everything is working properly which gives me a reassuring feeling.

They researched options and the pricing came right inline with their estimate. I also asked them about a rubber gasket seal on the trunk and they quickly came back with a fix that I thought was good to do. Surprisingly they also finished earlier than estimated. “I have had 2 accidents in the last year ''not my Fault". both times auto body clinic had performed the repair flawlessly, the 1st accident the entire left side of my black Colorado had to be repainted and it was done perfectly, the 2nd visit the bumper "Painted Black " was also repainted and replaced flawlessly My understanding black is a difficult color to work with, Auto Body Clinic was able to get the job done better than I expected keeping me updated by text on the progress with completion dates, My interactions with the office staff have been friendly Karren took care of all my questions and Breanne the manager was very friendly and professional I don't usually write reviews but I was impressed with both my visits .”

“I can''t say enough positive things about this dealership. Sales, service, and finance all have their ducks in a row. Every interaction I had was top notch--professional, courteous and respectful. Through the years, I have bought a lot of cars due to high milage sales jobs, and the process (especially as a woman) can be miserable to say the least. This dealership has pleasantly shifted my viewpoint on car buying! My first interaction with Minuteman, was through the sales manager, Timmy Pullo. I was referred by a friend who is also a happy Minuteman customer. I knew exactly what I was looking for, but Timmy didn't have it on the lot. Timmy searched and found the 2024 Atlas with everything I wanted. He had it on the lot the next morning by trading with another dealership. He is a man of his word and truth be told, I had not even put a deposit down yet. At this point I had already shopped around and knew a fair win-win price for this vehicle. We agreed upon a price that was super competitive, and I was ready to buy my Atlas. Before driving away, I sat down with John in the finance department who was equally as professional. There was no huge pressure to add on things I didn't need at that time and the process took minutes. Dave, another member of the sales team, helped me take delivery of my vehicle and showed me even more bells and whistles that I was excited to have. I returned to the dealership a week later to have some extras installed--mudflap, bumperdillo, etc. The service department was prompt and courteous. I was in and out pretty quickly and they also inspected my vehicle and put a sticker on it since I bought it over the holiday weekend and couldn't inspect it then. Aside from the top notch staff, I am also so happy with my Atlas R Line. I hadn't sat in a Volkswagen for many years and was previously driving Audis and a Lamd Rover for a while. Sitting in the Atlas feels very luxurious. Super comfy heated and ventilated seats and all wheel drive will allow me to enjoy the new England weather shifts. The large display screen and controls look high end, and the handling is the amazing handling I would expect from a German engineered car. The third row is easy to enter and exit and is spacious even for two normal adult humans! So, I am thrilled with this car and with my entire buying experience at Minuteman. I believe I will be a customer for life, and I hope to refer many friends who can also have this positive experience-- no pressure, professional and overall a feel good process.
