“Love love love this store and Lane and Joe. We visited a lot of tile stores around Metrowest and did plenty of research online, ultimately buying everything at Art of Tile and Stone. Awesome selection in a wide array of price ranges, fantastic customer service. When we fell in love with something in the showroom that was (way) out of our price range, so Joe and Lane helped us explore alternatives for a similar look at a lower price point.”
“I met Tom a while back at New England Comics a few doors over from his shop. Great guy, down to earth comic nerd and super framer. I follow xmen pretty hard core. SO I have a pretty extensive collection of books and original pen and ink drawings. Guess where I had them framed? needless to say we geeked out over marvel stuff while framing my stuff. Now I can hang them on the wall to enjoy everyday. Thanks dude!”
“I’m so thoroughly impressed with Karenna, her professionalism, attention to detail and artistic eye are unparalleled. Her shop has a collection of some wonderful local artists and she also does excellent repairs. Highly recommend five stars all around.”
“I must recommend the magnificent work that is created by the Great Road Frame Shop! My family has used Julie’s expertise & artistic creativity with the framing of precious art - antique prints, needlepoint, vintage posters, scarves … Framing it all with an eye to aesthetics AND with structural integrity and conservation. Julie’s communication skill and prompt delivery of the framed art is especially appreciated.”

80 Loomis St, Bedford“Scott is a great teacher, and he creates a wonderful atmosphere for learning at any skill level! My partner and I had no prior experience with sculpture, and we both had a blast despite being complete newbies. Regardless of whether I continue with stone carving, I left the class with fun memories and a new appreciation for the art form.”
“We rented a chuppah and talit from Kolbo for our wedding and also bought a Ketubah and glass from them and they were wonderful throughout the process! Pickup and drop off of the rented items was seamless and the Ketubah (handmade) and glass were beautiful and delivered in a timely manner”

“If you are an architect or an architecture fan, you should come to Cambridge and make a list of remarkable buildings between Harvard and MIT. This is the only building in the United States designed by Le Corbusier. It is an obligatory stop on your tour. Le Corbusier came twice to Harvard before the construction but was never able to see the work done.”

18 Walden St, Concord“I landed in Concord to meet a client for dinner. As i was early I wandered into this arts snd crafts store. Upon noting the quality of workmanship I mentioned to the clerk - whom I later found to be the owner- an idea for a pair of "tear-drop gem stone earrings." I was told they might have an artisan who would be able to create my feeble sketch. Within a few days... to my surprise they emailed me with a photo of gem stones, sketch and a quote. Very reasonable compared to other jewelers in the same berg, no less. Gave her a credit card and got a delivery date. A few days later another email offering a variety of gold clasps. A few weeks later I picked them up and they were stunning. WOW... Seamless, excellent quality and reasonably priced ... Concord, MA no less. GO”
“I work nearby and have been to Portal a few times to pick up gifts for others (and 1 for myself). To stay the staff is friendly and knowledgably is a massive understatement. Worth a trip for something different and engaging.”
“A small but distinctive exhibition space that features mostly new photography. We saw an impressive student exhibition that featured a handful of creative and thought provoking pieces. There were also several large outdoor cubes with photos displayed when we visited in August. Gorgeous location by the water and we saw several ducks and swans.”

162 Lincoln Rd, Lincoln“Spa of Weston was wonderful! Specifically, Ashley, was wonderful! My 60 minute massage was one of the best I've had. Truly relaxing and enjoyable! I will return again in the future and request Ashley!”
“I exhibit here. It is a wonderful gallery featuring hundreds of artists. There is something for any buyer with an eclectic collection of exhibitors. Moreover, the themed exhibitions are thoughtful, humorous, and presented with artistic flair and found objects juxtaposed with art for sale. The owners are really nice artistic people. Their victorian home transforms into a huge gallery where you really get a feel for how art might look in the buyers' own home.”
