I wish I could give them half a star. I dropped off trousers and a jacket with stains and they came back with the identical stains. They stains are not even lighter! They have previously charged me extra to box my dress shirts and then they didn’t and never refunded the extra money they charged. I wonder if they dry clean versus just iron and bag them. I am never coming back!

This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. I dropped 6 items off (two dresses, a shirt, and two fulls suits) on a Monday, was told they would be ready by late the next afternoon. I didn’t receive the order was ready text until the next day at 6:40 PM, when they close for the day at 6 PM. I can’t get there until the Thursday morning now, so my girlfriend goes to pick them up around 8:45 AM that day because they open at 8 AM. The place is locked, lights off, no one there, no sign. She calls, leaves a message, and emails because we’re now worried our clothes are being held hostage and we need them for a wedding we’re leaving for that day. She gets a call from a presumed store manager being apologetic at 9:45 AM saying that the girl who was supposed to open JUST SHOWED UP. I spend my lunch break driving back, to the employee giving me what looks like two full suits, a shirt and one dress. I say hey, there was another dress. She says “oh it looks like it’s still on a truck and will be here later today”. It wasn’t a dress we needed for the weekend so I said screw it, paid and left with no intention of paying for the second dress whenever it came because of how crazy this whole thing has been. After getting back to my house I see that I wasn’t given the full suits, just the jackets and no pants. I call them to ask if the pants are also “on the truck”, a different employee answers, looks up the order and says “nope, I’m looking at the three items right here” including the dress. I have to drive back to get the last three items, which when I explained the ridiculousness of the situation the second employee allowed me not to pay for. If I hadn’t thought to look this would’ve completely ruined the wedding that we were traveling to. I never plan on going to an Anton’s again.

Just had my velvet couch cushions dry cleaned and am so pleased with the results! I was nervous they’d be ruined because velvet is so fragile, but they look almost new!

Honestly amazing!!! Why didn’t I do this sooner. I always felt lazy if I had someone else do my laundry but honestly working 10+ hours Monday through Friday has saved me so much time. Now I just focus on washing towels and sheets at home on my days off. It’s amazing!
