Very professional and great mechanics without feeling like you were overcharged. They did work for my sister and was able to make a list of everything she needed done in order of importance. I've been going to willards forna few years. He has treated me fair and he is fast. I drive a 2011 Dodge Grand caravan. I had engine mounts gone he fixed them one of the mounts went again earlier then it should. He stood by his work and fixed it for free. He is great guy great Mechanic.

Great staff, very reasonable prices, these guys are friendly and professional, took care of me even while short staffed, you simply cannot find shops like this anymore, I apreciate being so well taken care of. I could go on and on but you get it, Willard's is the best.

I checked out 5 other shops in preparation for a pretty tough job on my vehicle. Absolutely No One compares to the Services I received here !!! Super Fast turnaround on my vehicle, The price was Unmatched and they did Both sides of the job cheaper than All wanted for one side !!! Customer for life right here !!

Maaan, I've been to about 6 different mechanic shops in the Worcester county since I first moved here, and of those 6, only 2 seemed to be fair in affordability, and of those 2, Willard was far more professional, easy to work with, and honestly just plain awesome.
Incredibly nice guy who doesn't price gouge. Very humble and down to earth that listens to his customers.
If any mechanic shop I've been to in Worcester county deserves business, it's definitely Willards off Central Street in Leominster, MA. he's 100% worth the drive, and I'm so happy I finally found a great mechanic I can trust to do the right thing for a fair price.
Thank you Mr. Willard, keep being awesome.

so I have got to say Nick at willards (I'm pretty sure owns it) is one of the most honest trustworthy mechanics around. always very professional and knows his stuff. today he could've lied to me and said something else was wrong with my jeep but he didn't. he guarantees his work and he replaced an oil cooler a couple months back and it was defective and he changed it out and told me the truth and I didn't pay a dime!!!!! I did of course go back and give him some money but there's not many nicks out there like that anymore. I don't usually write reviews but him and his business deserves it!!!!!! thank you Nick!!!!!

Being a girl, it’s hard to find a place to take your car without being taken advantage of. I went here on a recommendation, and I couldn’t be happier! They do great work, are very honest and the prices are fair. Getting an appointment is very easy as well. I love that I have a place that I feel comfortable walking into knowing that I’m in good hands! Thanks for keeping my RAV4 running great.

Had a van towed there I knew nothing about. The mechanic went to work on it and even though the outcome wasn't a good one .....he was very honest and very knowledgeable....which means a lot. ..I highly recommend this shop

I had a screw in my tire. I went to the closest repair shop I could find. Unfortunately, they couldn't repair my tire until the next day. I drove down the road a little way and saw Willards Auto Service. I pulled in by the door and was greeted by Nick. He got his tool kit and pulled the screw and patched the tire up in five minutes. Wow. Thank you, Nick!

A friend of mine highly recommended Willard’s Auto Service to me.I had an issue with the check engine light coming on so I made an appointment with Willard’s and they were able to pinpoint the problem and fix it right the first time, (NOT like a competitor who tried to sell me every auto part under the sun and several hundred dollars later)!I’m very satisfied with professional manner that Willard’s handled my issueAND at a reasonable price!So many thanks to the crew at Willard’s !Jack Tivnan
