Oh my god. Curbside delivery. Several customers waiting for 40 min to an hour for their stuff to come out! Guy working is moving slower than a snail. People cornering him complaining. I have ONE ITEM I ordered earlier today. Got an email saying it was all ready to go. Waiting here for 20 min already. He says they've been backed up. It should take about 2 minutes to grab my item and bring it out to me! WTH!

This store clearly does not respect its customers. So frustrated! I placed an order for delivery between 6 and 7pm. At 6.40 pm i received a text that delivery had been delayed but it would arrive within 2 hours. 3 hours later it still had not been delivered. I contacted customer service and they called the store and they said there was no driver to deliver it. So why didn't the store contact me? I shouldn't have to call them when they drop the ball. Hannaford delivers too and their produce is so much better for a comparable price. My recomendation is to shop with Hannaford.

Curbside pick up is RIDICULOUS! Scheduled pickup time for 6-7pm. Get a message saying my order is ready for 4:37pm. I wait until 5:47pm let them know through the app that I am on my way. Pull into the parking lot at 6:04pm update my parking spot and then wait 42 minutes for an associate to stroll up with a clipboard and ask me if I am still here to pick up my order. I let him know that i have been waiting 42 minutes and if he has any idea when the order will be brough to my car. He has no idea he let's me know it is busy and the store manager is in the back trying to get more people to help. Ok 10 minutes, 20 minutes? would it be quicker for me to go into the store and get it myself. Just stares at his clip board and says he can't say how long it will take and do i want to cancel my order? Long story short the store manager dropped the ball on this one. I watched 10 cars pull away without getting their order and i am pretty sure none of them were happy. I was the 11th person who pulled away giving the store the bird and some choice words from my window. I'm not angry with the curbside pickup guys they work hard i'm angry at the store manager who let this happen. For context it took 32 minutes to get my order last time and that is why I scheduled it this time and gave them plenty notice that I was on my way on the app so I could be in Q and the guys would not have to struggle as hard. i did my part and did what i was supposed to do. Why can't the store and the store manager do their job and make sure a bigg component of their business is working correctly. Or is this a ploy to get people pissed off enough to sign up for walmart+ and have items delivered? Case being I can get my items from other stores. The convenience of curbside pick up is not a convenience anymore. That is one of the big reasons I use walmart is because it has worked in the past. It has steadily gotten worse at this store and is pretty horrible right now. Well my money can go to other stores not being Walmart and it is going to! Too bad we had a good thing going.

Worst Walmart I have ever dealt with. I pay for yearly delivery and they have screwed up my first order here in Massachusetts. And I can't reach anyone on the phone there to explain what happened. Don't use on line delivery here and in store they have garbage products and very little variety in stock.

I had gone to Walmart for years and never had any problems spending thousands of dollars a month even using Walmart as a go to mommy needs a break place to go to this particular day I had went shopping at the last minute to get snacks for the kids for school for the next day we shop for about an hour and a half close to closing time buying pajamas for pajama day water jugs for the kids snack lunch box we were greeted Buy a Walmart employee very aggressively and unnecessarily let me know that he was security dressed up in a regular Walmart shirt or smock as if that wasn't too much we were followed around in the store as if we was not wanted there I asked customer service about water thermoses for lunch boxes for kids they didn't have any we ended up finding two underneath theShelvi we then proceeded to picking out snacks since and due to the Covid we have been placed on food stamps I approached customer service and said that we needed to put the card in manually because the strip was broken on the card first customer said they did not know how to do it a supervisor was asked and they said they do not do it I couldn't believe that I had over $175 worth of food in the cart and they were not going to allow me to put my EBT card in manually I know that they're not allowed to do it with credit cards but since the pandemic we even allowed to order food online with the EBT card they were very disrespectful and mean spirited about it basically said he wasn't going to do it in disbelief we were upset we waited to do the shopping in the afternoon so there was no other stores available or open so as a parent it was important that I get snack for these kids the next day I asked to speak to the night manager and it seem to be that the nasty attitude trickled onto him to he stated he didn't care and they don't do that here I pleaded well the kids have school tomorrow and I don't have snacks can you just do it one time he said no in a very aggressive manner and walked away with my child standing right there to add salt to injury we had been talking for a few minutes in the screen at timed out the other supervisor at already been standing by the checkout area as if we were doing something not legal instead of pressing OK on the frozen screen asking if we need more time she decided to cancel the whole order and re-ring the items up as if we put something in the bag that was not ranked up she rang the whole order trying to explain to her self I go to Walmart all the time the screen gives you about 2 to 3 minutes to respond and it asks you if you needed more time she did not need to bring the whole order back up from the time that I walked into Walmart I was discriminated against during the pandemic food stabilization has been very difficult for most as a mother of five children being told that you cannot use a service that is given through the government during a pandemic that was given to try to help with a financial handicap to provide for my family at this time and to know that the service could've worked I would've been done if they wanted to discuss me my daughter who is only 13 years old question while leaving the whole events from the time that we stepped in so my child is now aware of the disrespect that we endured while shopping at WalmartWe have shopped at Walmart for years since they were newborn and while I do not live in Leominster my old go to Walmart near me on a first name basis over the years spending thousands and thousands of dollars there I was now disrespected in a Walmart in my new district it is ruined my outlook and it makes me not want to spend my money at this Walmart which might be an inconvenience Truly disgusted to just find out that they could've done it manually and there is no restrictions on EBT benefits and that they are allowed to manually put in numbers Numbers to be able to buy food not only was I discriminated against for what I felt was my skin color but also my disability at this time with not being able to provide efficiently for my own family d

It's Walmart. Why are people coming in here with outrageous expectations. CHILL, people. I was here and the workers did their job, even on a busy/crazy day. They deserve to be respected too. I like Walmart and appreciate their prices. It's the CUSTOMERS who make the experience crappy by making messes for the employees, opening merchandise (!?!), etc. Here's a good rating to help!

I have done online delivery, and I had a order placed for April 9 the between 7 pm and 8 pm it is now April 11th and still haven't received my order. Tried calling the store multiple times and either no one answered or they tried speaking to me in a different language and said they'd call me back. NEVER DID. So I had to call corporate for them to cancel my order. And other times it'd be delivered to a completely different address. NEVER AGAIN SHOPPING THERE! NEVER RECOMMEND SHOPPING THERE

They were kind enough to teller, I need 2 more tires after an hour waiting for my car. I agreed to buy 2 additional tires and proceeded to watch. The slowest tech in world take over another hour just to put the tires on. I have been to tires stores and had my tires bought, mounted with balancing in shorter time it took them to tell me I need to more tires. Waiting 2 hours for 4 tires is crazy. Especially. This is all these techs do and oil changes. Also was told that I would have to wait additional time if I wanted a oil change.

*Grocery Delivery Review* I wrote the most horrible review an half hour ago but deleted it: I place an order November 5th and received the wrong order. I understand mistakes happens but what followed after made it feel like I was ordering oil for my furnace or something. I've just received my order or what they were able fulfill but that's after 48 hours from my initial order and almost 24 hours of my reorders. There were customer service agents that were very helpful and courteous and the store I guess finally was able to get a driver but I think honestly Walmart needs to find a better way of handling orders especially in a pandemic. If the managers do read this please consider this 1: Call back the orders who are being delayed. A simple reachout from the store can make a total difference. "Hey this is Walmart calling. We apologize that your order is being delayed, but we are working our hardest to get it out to you." Something. Give the customer the option to wait longer or to cancel but don't assume for the customer especially without warning or notification 2: or you can drastically lower your monthly membership so it can be "hey you get what you paid for."

Absolutely abysmal customer service. Went there the other day and couldn't find what I was looking for so I asked an associate for help. What was her response you ask? She said, "why? Couldn't you find it?" Duuuuhhhhhhh..... NO I COULDNT FIND IT! THATS WHY IM ASKING YOU!!! The employees here, while some are ok, others you'd swear probobly filled out the application with a crayon after someone read the questions to them. And their produce looks like it got rejected from the food trough at a pig farm and then then fell off the back of the delivery vehicle only to be run over by a dump truck before they put it on the shelf.

Just moved here in February. Been to this Walmart about 2-3 times. And each time I've been here I get lazy cashiers/rude customer service. Blank stares! Hello ?! How you doing ?! Thank you ?! It's like talking to walls.

Just... wow. Nobody goes to a Walmart because they *want* to; in most stores, few employees want to be there either. At this location, however, they manage to raise "lazy" and "indifferent" to impressive levels. When I've asked a stocker where something is they've all be helpful, but many register-area employees will expend far more energy avoiding customers than just simply helping. One of their "greeters" for example, who one would think is there to represent the store with helpful answers, simply stares past you ignoring polite questions, suddenly deaf and blind (then answers her radio to show it's intentional). And considering the occasional OSHA code violations it's probably best to avoid anything perishable. Your best bet is to go anywhere else. If for some reason you *have* to go, be prepared knowing that any returns or exchanges are best done online. If it's one of the days when their service desk isn't open they will not give a damn or offer any alternatives, even the manager (sympathy shout-out to the family I watched painstakingly unload a bulky item from their car only to get turned away at the door, in the middle of the day).

This store is hardly ever fully stocked so, one can't find what they want. Customer service individuals are rude and/or lazy. I can think of 2 separate times where this is so very really true. My friend bought a new Track phone and asked the customer service agent for help and, he was told that he had to couldn't help him when he asked about the activation of a phone card - what does a customer service agent do here at the stores when they say this?!!! On another occasion, I had lost my friend in the store, did not have a cell phone and asked if I could call him so he could locate him w/ the store or parking lot, as I was in a panic state, but was told, " We Don't Allow The Use of Public Telephones. Not good and despicable as they only want your money but will not help someone in real need - a phone call - common on - so very despicable and unhelpful!!!! They don't mind you spending your hard-earned $$$$ at their store but only see things in black and white - but there is only a grey area - which they don't get. They are horrible and hardly a helpful store - So if you need genuine help, don't count on these people - they are a reflection of what our society has now become which is selfish, lazy, and disrespectful which is bad and unhelpful. Maybe they should be treated as they treat their customers - so very poorly - then they might get and understand the despicable behavior and service they exhibit -shame on them!

I'm a Walmart shopper. I go for the cheap prices. This location was awful. I typically try to ignore the Walmart clientele. But this store attracts the lowest of the low. Yes it was the Saturday night before Easter. And I was trying to do my Easter Bunny shopping. Shame on me for waiting until the last minute. The shelves were completely picked over and a total mess. Empty boxes. Very little candy. Since this location has an In store coffee shop - apparently shoppers think it is ok to leave their empty coffee cups on the store shelves. Shoppers also think it is ok to leave all their trash every where. Self serve checkouts have lots of troubles. At any given moment 8 of the 12 machines were flashing for assistance.
