100% do not buy a phone from this corporate location. They are super confident because they are there to steal your sales. Long story short, I wanted to add a line for my son for christmas, they told me I got an awful deal (at the hudson store) and to buy their phone. It's been 4 days since I've been cleaning up the mess they made of my account. They changed my account all around & so my little sisters new iPhone 15 upgrade would have costed me SO much (when i originally had 800$ off) and I left there with an outrageous bill! Never ever again will I let verizon swindle me. Even the telephone customer service is like "I'm so sorry they did this to you & your account".

I have heard many people say that “wireless retailers are worse than the car business 40 years ago.” After my second regrettable experience at this location, I can confirm that.By far the most deceitful and dishonest staff I have ever dealt with.• They told me I needed to add packages to get additional credit when I did not have to.• They changed my monthly plan to a more expensive one when it was not needed.• They added phone insurance protection when I clearly told them twice not to.• They refused to provide me with with any paperwork or receipts for the transactions.I will be providing the attorney general with all documentation I obtained from customer service after I flat cancelled the entire transaction, and the AG will decide if this is criminal and fraudulent or not.I dealt with a manager there three years ago who lied about what I was getting, and it took me almost five months of constant calls to customer service to get my wireless bills rectified. This time I dealt with an associate nicknamed Scott. My friendly advice is if you bought or upgraded at this location, call Verizon Wireless customer service and have them review your bill and charges to make sure they match.

Can’t return equipment here, their phone number doesn’t work so you can’t call ahead and check. 0/10 service…

I am a computer/cell phobic and hate change. I was terrified to switch from my 7 year old cell phone and afraid I would lose everything and not be able to navigate a new cell. Romeo at Orchard Hill in Leominster was outstanding! I explained my fears, and he was nothing but patient and kind and answered all of my questions and explained differences and changes. I feel so much better after having upgraded my old, tired phone now that he guided me through the transition. I would definitely go back to that store and deal with Romeo again in the future. Just what you want in customer service!

The most incompetent Verizon staff known to exist. I have been having ongoing issues with my SIM card. I brought my phone in and told them I've not been able to receive pictures or certain texts for about 4 months. They representative stated, "I could give you a SIM card, but we can't activate it. We're having an issue with all SIM cards. I recommend you come back in a week." You can bet your bottom dollar I'm not going to waste anymore of my time here when they deliver terrible customer service every single time and I always have to resolve issues through Reddit due to the staff hired here.

My fiancee broke her phone on Saturday and we went to the Leominster location the next day. The upgrade phone she wanted was in stock. The staff was able to down load her broken phone settings, passwords, apps, pics and everything else from the cloud. The person helping us was Romeo. Please look for him if you are there and in need of help. He is fantastic and will help you with any issues you have!

Stopped in around 1pm today. Agreed to upgrade a device. Over FOUR AND A HALF HOURS later, and the doors locks at closing hours, we had to leave without the phone upgraded. My account reads as "pending order" so it wouldn't allow the new device to be registered. Even though I'm the customer and am there in person and insisted I don't have a pending order (and if I do then I'd like to cancel it) the in store reps couldn't override this and 3 hours of support calls couldn't address the issue. Two hours in I made it clear that we had someone watching our kids and we'd prefer if they just fix this and call us (trying to be reasonable) we were advised that we can't do this the store closes at 4pm and the rep is off Monday. So we painfully waited past closing while the rep was bounced around to over thirteen (yes 13!) different tech support reps who in the end said there is nothing they can do. They need to call us when the "pending order" clears.I used to perceive Verizon as the top dog and was happy to pay a premium, after today how could I? I can get sub-par support anywhere and for much less.Oh, and if you're planning on going to retail to let the experts move your data - that's now $30 fee.

I went into the Verizon a couple months back to upgrade my phone, as I was eligible for an upgrade. I somehow got talked into adding a line for "only $5" by the snake salesmen, and my bill ended up ballooning up to more than double what it currently was. I needed to jump through hoops to get it fixed. Don't walk out of this store without paperwork showing ALL THE CHANGES made to your account. They have no problem lying and screwing over customers to make a buck.

The employees were great they were quick and fishing with answering questions that we had and we're very uh patient and efficient especially when we had to go in two days in a row.

Had I not gone into this store, I might be willing to remain a Verizon customer. I went in for a phone replacement, mine was cracked. Very straight forward on the phone sale. XS Max to iPhone. He told me I “needed” a new charger with this phone, $50. I was a little confused, I knew Apple changed their charger but didn’t know the full details. So, I bought it. I did NOT NEED a new charger. I also asked if I could transfer my voicemails somewhere where they would not be deleted. I lost my mother this year and want to save the voicemails. His response will show exactly what I was dealing with… I was told the only way to do that is to use a landline to listen to the message and voice record it in my cell. The actual answer is, they can be emailed to my personal account. What a joke of an experience. I wish I got his name. White, in his 30-40’s, short light brown hair.

Verizon …the service for people who are in denial or just not in the no. Listen carefully T-Mobile is number one in mass. T Mobil is the only store I’ve ever been in where you do receive help and smiles. Every time you walk into a Verizon store you are greeted by a “tech jock” a person who absolutely hates you bc the job their doing doesn’t fulfill them. It’s very very angering I will never forget the day I switched even reminding the T-Mobile people who work at T-Mobile why is it this company is so nice to its customers. I went to this store once exactly 10 months ago asked why a iPhone was restarting randomly person did laugh and was absolutely useless into what to do next. I did not come here for knowledge I came bc I was looking to continue this fight. I absolutely love epic Verizon stories where no matter what every employee is consistently a l***** ? ????it’s very exciting seeing T-Mobile dominate the market. You have a great time responding to this I suggest you don’t .

This location (by Target) is just beyond terrible!!! I’ve been here 3 times and the customer service sucks, even the manager could care less!! the last time I was there the Verizon Rep that I was speaking to actually held up his hand with the “stop” signal and said to me “this is not my problem” and all I was asking for was assistance with my email set up! I went to another location in Nashua (next to my office) and they helped me in less than 5 minutes. I never do google reviews but my experience has been so bad that I wanted to warn you other Verizon customers.

They are absolutely not cut for the job, all the tech the have on display is over priced mid tier at best. Don't let grandma go here alone, cause they'll try and make her pay more money for not a good reason.
