Sent important mail out over the past few weeks and was notified by the respondents that the envelopes were not only ripped open/half of the envelope was missing, pieces of paper that were in the envelope were removed. Happened on 3 separate envelopes. Highly recommend using a different post office.

This is the best post office in the area by far. The employees are so friendly and go above and beyond to be helpful. I really appreciate their kindness and patience to the point where I go out of my way to come to this post office instead of the one closest to me.

I had to go for passport services. Tim was thorough and went thru the documents with me. He found a few areas that needed attention. He explained what to expect. I was treated well and with respect. I will definitely continue to come to this location for services.

I don’t go often to Leominster Post Office, because it’s in the middle of a high traffic area. I will go to a quieter one in another town with parking. They should build a newer one in a better area with their own parking. Leominster is a bigger city, than all the other towns. As far as home delivery I love our postwoman, she is very nice and I have no problems. Even times I’ve had to go to the Leominster Post Office, I’ve never had any issues.

Don't go there for passport renewal. I took my kid picture there and after seeing the picture i told her that the it looks blurry and she told me it will be ok, now I have to take and send another picture because of her .

This place should be shut down with how unprofessional it is. The employees are no help. Don’t want to work! I went to pick up a packet was told it wasn’t there ! Tried tracking calling all day. They told me driver would try drop off again! And after trying all day to pick up my packet they told me there closed for the day to pick up tomorrow. There were medicine in that box that I NEEDED. Still get notifications that the package is at the facility but they won’t find it. Employee went to the back grabbed wrong packet and gave it to me just to get rid of me ! Wrong name wrong address!!! So unprofessional i was really surprised. Worse customer service. Employee are super unprofessional! And no help or want to work what so ever ! If I could rate 0 I think that’s too much for this place !

Shout out to Chris the Postmaster in Leominster. He was extremely helpful in assisting me in trying to locate a very important package that I shipped out recently. He made sure to keep me informed at all times and even called me first thing this morning to let me know my package had been hand delivered! Thanks Chris for all your help!
