Buyer beware these people are the rudest people on this earth. They take peoples money and that’s all they care about. They don’t care about the safety of the people or their children behind the cars they sell. The cars are nice on the outside but rigged on the inside. Until the 30 day warranty is up. Nothing but Scammers. We tried talking to them and they hung up. They are money hungry creeps.
Vehicle didn’t pass inspection we have the paperwork. And the women we talked to also told us about the lemon law and the mileage. And I am still well in that bracket. If you wanted to follow through and be a good citizen you would please refund me my money. Other than that I will be filing the paperwork to the Massachusetts used vehicle warranty law arbitration. Thank you

DONT BUY A CAR HERE….THEY LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING…. I wish I had read these reviews before I bought a car here. They SCAMMED ME! They lied, and now I’m out thousands of dollars. I am a single mom, that shows you who they really are. I will be filing a complaint with the best Buisness Burea. I have to have the car towed back to them, I am demanding my money back. DONT BUY A CAR HERE…. Unless you want to loose money.

Rude scammers. Bought a car from them. Electric was all messed up and three thousand dollar parts needed to be replaced. Lied about fixing the problems. If you think a car is cheaper here than you see online that’s a big sign!!! Spend your money elsewhere, like Rick Ruberti.

The worst car shopping experience!!! I buy a car from this dealership and a week or so later all the lights start to go on. Not only that, but my AC then goes. Mind you it’s been super hot here in central Mass the last couple weeks. My husband calls the owner Ruby and explains that the car can’t pass inspection with all the lights like that and he goes off on my husband!!! To the point the police had to be called! After hassling my husband, he calls his mechanics and they fix it. Fast forward to a week later, the check engine light comes on!!!! What! At this point my mind is blown at how he insured us we were getting a top of the line car, which I paid $8000 for, and it’s been a problem ever since we got it. I DO NOT, I REPEAT I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP! Very UNPROFESSIONAL and very much so a SCAMMER!

I live in Wisconsin and flew to purchase this Vehicle. Before I went I asked the sales person to send me pictures of the vehicle and also ask about transit plates as I was going to be driving the vehicle back to Wisconsin they said that they could definitely get me the plates and would send me pictures of the whole vehicle. When I arrived to buy the car on 3/8/2020 the car had several dings that they conveniently left out of the pictures as well as he informed me that they dont do transit plates (which I found out later to be a lie they just didn't want to do the extra leg work of standing at the dmv to get them). So we where stuck buy the car or lose out on the money we had paid to fly out there so we bought the car. As we where driving and night fell we found out that a tail light was out as well as a head light which where also not disclosed so we had to pay to get those fix right away too. The car does run and drive fine (for now anyway) but due to the fact they left out the dings and head & tail light issues as well as out right lied about the plates I would advise people to buy there car's some place else!

BOUGHT A SUBARU FORESTER THERE STARTED HAVING PROBLEMS DIDNT PASS INSPECTION THEY HAD TO FIX THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER!!!BRANG THE CAR BACK THEY FIXED IT THEN SWITCHED TWO BRAND NEW TIRES FOR TWO BALD ONES DIFFERENT BRANDS!!!!NOW HAVING TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS WITH THE CAR AFTER 30 DAYS VERY HORRIBLE AND DISHONEST PLACE do not I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLES THERE!!!!

Great people and quality vehicles. My first time getting an auto loan, and I was all around nervous about the experience. They made everything comfortable and easy for me! Almost a week after having the vehicle, I drove for my first time in a rain storm. I discovered the seal on my driver side headlight assembly was bad and it let in moisture from the rain. The next morning I called them right away and they had me come down to reseal the light. They gave me a loaner for the duration of the repair. Not only was it done in UNDER 24HRS, they had replaced the entire assembly with a brand new one(valued at $200) Having an issue with a new car can be extremely stressful, again, they made this not a hassle to me whatsoever! Would also like to state that I got a 2015 in great condition, with 70k on it, for only $8,000. They even slapped 4 new tires on it! Very satisfied with my experience at this dealership.
