The store was open when I got there at 6:30 so the hours must be 8am to 8:30pm going the the reply I got when I asked the hours.

Supposedly they tried to deliver my package a half hour ago but the business was closed. Only I've been home all morning no trucks have come up my street I can see from my kitchen window and I cant get a human when I try to call

Just walked in the facility to pick up a package and some dope is just saying “we r not open, don’t open till 10:30” I can clearly see my package. Terrible service, mind you I come to this location about 3 times a week this the first time I see this dope. I’m changing locations

I have made 3 complaints about my delivery and nothing has changed unfortunately I will have to cancel my meal delivery service because I have heart failure and UPS will not follow the delivery instructions

The night crew are always out here getting it done and getting our stuff out into us I don't know what they would do without the night time crew day crew seems to slack and not get as many packages out this is why I think God and Allah and any other person that is worshiped that we have the guys on the night crew working there.

This is NOT a UPS store as Google makes you believe. The staff are SOO nice and apologetic. But it is a warehouse, they do NOT do amazon QR codes, or take anything without shipping labels. The only reason I’m not giving it a zero is because of the staff! Google needs to fix this, as the staff has to continue to redirect people to right place as well.
