“I personally don't know where the bad reviews are coming from, a bad place most likely. Get help. The workers at this location got me in a van and on with my day at the drop of a hat. With absolutely no notice I needed a moving van for a few hours work, they got me into a contract that gave me twice as much time as I needed and I paid less than estimated by me. My expectations more more than met. My experience with this location was top notch, keep up the great work. Thank you to the folks at U Haul I will not hesitate to employ their services in the future.”
“I’ve rented two large trucks in the last week and both times was helped out by Natalie the general manager. She was very friendly, very helpful, down to earth, and made returning the truck after hours very simple and helped me avoid all fees. One time I made a reservation at the wrong U-Haul since there are two in town, and she very quickly changed my reservation and made a new one for me to get me on my way. She was patient with explaining the details of the contract and I would recommend this U-Haul in the future to others.”
