I recently had the pleasure of getting my tire serviced at town Fair Tire in Leominster, and I can't say enough good things about my experience with Luis. From the moment I walked in, he exuded professionalism and made me feel welcome.
Luis was incredibly efficient; my tire was serviced faster than I anticipated. He clearly knows his stuff, answering all my questions with expertise and a friendly demeanor. The entire process was smooth, and I appreciated how he kept me informed every step of the way.
If you're in need of tire services In Fitchburg or the Leominster area, I highly recommend visiting Town Fair Tire and asking for Luis. His outstanding service and professionalism made all the difference!

Fantastic experience as ever. Luis helped me get work done on my mother-in-law's car earlier in the year and he's worked his magic again on my car now. Wonderful staff, great communication, comfy seating area whole you wait... what's not to love??

Went there to have my tire taken off because of a cracked rim. Amanda was friendly, personable, and empathetic. Great customer service. She made the process extremely easy. Great Job Amanda!!

Needed a hole patched in our tire. 3 hour wait for that was a bit much, which eventually led to my 1 year old crying. One of the workers was sooo kind and got a snack for my daughter to help ease her. I didn't get his name unfortunately but he has tattoos on his face/neck. Shout out to him! The extra 4th star is due to his kindness.

I blew out a tire on my way to MA. I needed to get tires on short notice. I showed up at the Leominster Town Fair Tire around 4 PM. Luis helped me select the most comparable tire in stock to the tire I wanted. He didn't pressure me or up sell me on anything even though he knew that I needed tires same day. He answered all my questions. He was able to get me a 5 PM appointment for that day (other places I had called were unable to get me in for a few days). Price matched tire rack as well. I recommended this location and Luis was great to work with. Thanks again!

Had a tire blowout on our way to the beach. Town Fair Tire was the only place that would help us. From the 1st phone call, and start to finish, it was a pleasurable experience. Amanda was very kind and helpful!! Thanks to Town Fair Tire we were able to resume our trip!!!
