“I have had two incredible experiences with Firestone in Leominster. My first experience was with James to replace my tires. I explained what I was looking for and he provided options explaining the difference between them. The tires I chose weren't in stock at his location but he made a call, found the tires, had them delivered to this location and notified me when they had arrived setting up time that same day to have them done. Not only was I extremely pleased with the service, the tires are great as well!
When the tires were done, I asked to take a look at the brakes. I had two conflicting opinions (not from Firestone). Not only did they take the time to look at the brakes, they provided me with an overview and estimate. I scheduled an appointment for the brakes and received the same outstanding service with Ramon and James.
I would highly recommend Firestone. These were my first experiences and I was not disappointed with the services and the cost was within the range I was expecting. Great job Firestone!”

“Everyone at Town Fair Tire are very personable and helpful, when I called to make an appointment they asked a few questions and then suggested certain tires and gave me an appointment for the following week. We arrived for 9:30 and Amanda said it takes about 2 hours and she called at 11 and said they were done, we went back and picked up car and everyone is just so kind there and wants to make sure we are happy with the service we received. We go there with all our vehicles”
