Went here recently, nice store well lit. Got to use a few coupons and got a few Thanksgiving cards , the staff are OK. Not overall friendly. But it's a very big large store . Nice place to go shopping in this plaza . You have Micheal's and Ocean State Job 5 Below , Barnes & Noble Booksellers and Staples and Kay's. I don't typically shop at this location often, but when I'm in the area or have an appointment in that area. I stop here because we shop at the other stores around, and there's a great TJ's next door. No complaints. Got what I needed.

Manager was totally lame. Had a gift return without receipt, which I presented up front. She first said the manufacturer does not allow returns for the item (it was a Squishmallow slime kit) and then after said if I had a receipt she could help me. Contradicted herself and was unhelpful. I would not shop here or recommend anyone to. Poor customer service and staff who clearly don't know what they are doing.

It's frustrating when I'm at the store but have to go outside, order online and go back inside (later) to pick up an item to get the sale price.This type of sale makes me walk away from all stores that do this.

I just left the store. Had a return from October.... was not sure if I could still get a refund. The cashier was very kind but when manager came over she looked at me and rudely said "no". She is not representing the store well with rudeness. Happy holidays

The store is neat and organized and when we could not find the item that we wanted the staff member went and searched for it. When she couldn't find it, she asked another employee for help since inventory said that you did have it. This was definitely appreciated.

Blown away by the product selection this store has. Thought they sold paper goods, but I was wrong. Nice clothes and house hold items.
