This is by far the slowest bank branch I have ever been into. I average 4 visits per week and it is never a pleasant experience. The employees are nice enough, but they could not move slower if they actively tried to. I rarely see the branch manager anywhere but at her desk and I have never seen her move to help out when the line is exceedingly long.There have been days that I drove 20 minutes to go to the branch in Gardner for the faster, more pleasant service I receive at that branch.If I didn't HAVE to make my deposits here forthe business I manage I would never come back in.

I've been doing business with TD Bank both in downtown Leominster as well as the one on International Speedway,in Daytona beach Fl.they have been excellent at both places.

We had a complex issue with a mature CD that my father had bought, years ago, before he passed. The Manager, Ms. Leppert helped my very elderly mother navigate what to do. She handled the situation expertly, and was kind to my mother. A fantastic experience.

ATMs are always out of service went inside tonight and that one is ripped out of the wall I'm so tired of going to other banks and paying their $3 fee to use it. I left Santander for the same reason and was assured your outside ATMs are always working and I been with you 2 years and nothing but issues I'll be in to discuss this with a manager

I don’t want give even one star I was in the bank I have a business account I need some larg bills and Thy don’t want to give it to me because I forgot my ID and this is the worst employer in my life do not open account this bank

Numerous times different employees I've had so many problems with this bank I recently file a claim sneaker and shoe business on Amazon where I bought a pair Nike Air Vapormax sneakers my receipt I order a size 10.5 I got a size 10 they did not fit I paid $197.00 the girl manager was going on vacation this is the second time I've had to file a claim because the evidence of my receipts and emails were not logged into the claim I've been with this bank for over 10 years the inside of the bank is never open you have to go through the drive thru wait any were up to an hour there's been months I had to go sit in the bank just cause they double charge me for my monthly fee . I'm looking to make a large deposit soon and have been building my credit up to buy a house can't believe i thought about going through them at that point it be my own fault.

I personally do not use this Bank but it is my husband's Bank and I must say that always friendly and he loses his debit card constantly I can't count how many times in a year that he loses it so it's great that can just walk in and receive a new card without waiting two weeks or anything else boom it's done my bank don't do that that's for sure

Came in to this branch to open a new account. I walked in was waiting for 2 minutes before anyone notice I was there. I told one of the bankers and let her know that I was here to open a bank account. The lady told me to take a seat and fail to tell me how long it was going to take before I was help and who was going to help me. To make it every more disappointing I asked one of the tellers if I would have to wait for one of the two people working and with an smile in her face she told me that I could just open it online .After I waited for over 40 minutes they finally was able to assist me.

Slowest drive thru around. Even with very little lobby traffic, the drive thru is slower than ever. 30 minutes to get 3 cars thru. I had one small transaction, other cars ahead of me didn't seem to have much either.

The drive-thru works well especially during Covid-19 times, and I also saw some people going into the lobby.

Not doing a very good job with the covid restrictions. Still no lobby service. Only one drive thru lane working. Long long lines every time I've been there the last couple months. Reduced hours for the drive thru. Arrived to a 13 car line at 3pm today. Only got 3 cars done in about 30 minutes. Gave up and left. Didn't have time to waste another hour.
