\\\"You’ll have access to 5G Extended Range coverage here\\\". This is copied and pasted from their website when I search my address. It couldn't be any further from the truth. When the merge happened between Sprint and T-Mobile everything went down hill. We could make calls from our home, but they would drop out constantly. For some silly reason I thought maybe we should upgrade our phones. So we did. While in the store we upgraded three lines. We were there for EIGHT HOURS since there were connection issues in the store transferring data from old to new phones. It was absurd, We should have run then. There was no change, actually the service got even worse. I made calls and went into the store, no help. Others who come over (friends and family) have no issues with the provider they are with. So we decided to switch. Although it was a little bit more per month, we no longer have dropped calls. Now to the billing. After switching I get a bill from T-Mobile for $920.00. Ok, I get that its for two of the phones that were upgraded, we had them for a while, I kind of assumed we were done paying. There also was no mention of this potential massive fee should we change. I called, no help. I was told to go into the store. They were just horrible they gave zero advice or assistance. I was going to call tonight 11/21/23 to find out if something could be done or at the very least make payments over time. The bill was due on 11/23/23 not 11/21/23. Huge slap in the face just before the holidays. I am in the customer service business, this is the worst treatment I have ever had. I can tell you the new provider has excelled in their customer service. Beyond what could be expected. It begins with a V. I will continue to see if something can be done with T-Mobile, but I don't have a good feeling about it. No one deserves the treatment this company hands out.

We were switching from Verizon. To T mobile.we had a wonderful experience especially with our sales person Josue! He was so helpful.I can’t say enough positive as when we entered the building we were just looking.. we like our new phones and the service with them.The next day they had trouble with service on the # of bars we had but still got calls on it.

I'm only giving 1 star because there's no option for a negative start rating. Most associates lack knowledge of the products they sell and customer service skills. They also change the hours as they feel. To many complaints to mention but the last one is they were supposed to message me when my warranty phone came in which they didn't. I call looking for my phone just to be told that it came in but where closing 2 hrs early so I will just have to come back Tomorrow. I've had my account with Nextel then Sprint and now its Tmobile for over 20yrs. The service this particular store provides or lack thereof is making think about switching to a different provider. The woman that was working in the store on 3/20/23 has no business working with the public.

Love the hard working employees always so knowledgeable and informative. Just the big companies do not listen to the people who make their paychecks. Filter the profits to the hard working employees and stop hiding when needed to resolve issues

Hands down simply the best people and service for wireless mobile around. This is the one next to Starbuck's, not in the mall. Kind, courteous, patient and thorough service. Won't go anywhere else. I started coming to this store when it was still Sprint because they provided better service than any other store and now that T-mobile has taken over, it continues to be the best. Michael was extremely efficient and great to work with. My husband got his new phone without any problems and got a great deal. He also got me straightened out with my phone which I'll be upgrading soon. I will never go to another phone store. Side note: Carlos also helped out and was very knowledgeable.

Today I went into the store after months of trying to correct my plan/bill. After speaking with Michael he was able to make everything right. Michael went above and beyond to help fix the problem. I was really considering going to Verizon but after today Michael & Monte(customer service) we able to work together and make things right. I highly recommend T-Mobile and if you ever have a problem just ask for Michael.
