Staples has found ways to make their brick and mortar stores relevant. Between handling returns from online vendors, providing passport photos and all the print and copying functions and having basic needs in stock, I have recently been going to Staples at least once or twice a week. This is a HUGE deviation from prior to Amazon returns, when I went there maybe once every 5 years. Kudos Staples.

Staples in Leominster always has consistency with products being stock. I never have to worry about the prices changing to much. The store is always clean and neat. Products are easy to find. Staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable

Super easy to navigate the store. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff when I went for large format printing and to find some tech gear. Highly recommend.

I needed help getting a copy made. Apparently you should already know how to do it before you get there, because the attendant that worked there seemed very annoyed to have to explain it and couldn't even bother to turn around to speak.She actually spoke to me while facing the wall! I thought masks were bad for having to understand people but trying to hear someone while they're facing a wall is even worse. Mailboxes etc has much better customer service.
