If I could’ve given this gas station a zero star I would’ve. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Store manager “ Cassssssandra” as she pronounces it, is extremely rude and needs retraining on how to deal with customers. Her cashier Mimi charged my debit card for a transaction that was not mine. They then both REFUSED TO REFUND ME. Claiming they couldn’t reverse the transaction they incorrectly charged me for. Because CASSSSSSANDRA was driving she did not want to deal with me. Her associates words. I left the store with out getting my refund. SO THEY BASICALLY STOLE MY MONEY. I don’t care if it was .05 or $500. That was not an authorized transaction and they refused to refund me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND rude Manors in general. Quit your job if you’re miserable don’t take it out in customers.

Stop at the store to buy cigarettes and this is my usual gas station however today (7/16) had my daughter with me who really needed to use the bathroom who is 10 the gas station attended look at us and said "Sorry we don't let children use our bathroom" I mean how low is that to deny a child the right to use a public restroom

I normally go in for small items and gas. I overheard the older day manager talking about problems with another employee concerning one of the cashiers. Very I Unprofessional and disrespectful. I wont be returning
