I recently went made an appointment at this branch to deal with a problem I was having with an account of mine. I arrived at the appointment and initially it was fine, until my problem was at all unusual. The bank employee refused to help me, citing that she couldn't do anything because of their rules. This alone wouldn't be upsetting, because I do understand having limited ability within a system. What was a problem was their attitude. The employee became very robotic, not even attempting to engage with my issue and instead focused on getting me to leave. When I made it clear that I needed more help she got her supervisor who acted the same way. They offered hollow apologies and suggested leaving the branch and calling customer service instead. After multiple attempts by the two employees to get me to simply give up and leave they offered to have the branch manager call me the following day to assist me further, which I agreed to. It has now been two days and they never even called me. This branch clearly doesn't care about it's customers, and that problem appears to go all the way to the management. They don't want to deal with actual people, or real problems. Their robotic and uncaring attitude is really off putting, which is a shame because I've been banking with this company for almost 30 years now. Goes to show that they really don't value loyalty or customer satisfaction.

After being on hold x 45 min with Santander customer "service" line and then being disconnected, I drove 30 min to the nearest branch in Leominster. I needed a form for a mandatory IRA distribution and wanted to withdraw my CD before Friday. Was told by teller that it's "appointment only"- no signs to that effect- , we are "short staffed" and they are booked until next Monday. She couldn't even give me the IRA distribution form ( which the letter states to pick it up at local branch). The teller was very robotic and of no help. Gonna close out all accounts with Santander.

Customer service rep suddenly became frantic as I was sitting waiting for service. Lady looked at me 10 minutes prior while she was at her desk by herself. She steps out exactly at 10 am and frantically exclaimed she couldn’t help me because she had an appointment now. There was no sign in book and there was nothing posted saying appointment only. I only drove 30 miles one way to be humiliated by one of your childlike employees. The lady looked young with very round glasses. It makes sense that your banks are shutting down when you hire useless people like this. This should be the next bank shutdown. Very poorly run and I will never go in an be humiliated by amateurs as yourself. Good luck

I think there are many bad apples at this location. A guy who calls himself a "daily supervisor or manager"was very disrespectful on the phone with me- the customer!!! Very toxic, yelling at customer.

I've had this Bank for Many, Many year's & went through all the Changing of names I've never had an issue, Great Customer Service & Very Helpful & Pleasant, I Wouldn't go anywhere else

Awful costumer service, racist costumer service. Don’t recommend this back to anyone! Called complained , talked to manager nothing was ever done, no one ever called back. Awful awful service!

It would get negative stars if I could. The only atm is outside. The branch decides to put it out of service all the time while the branch is open. They tried to charge me $6 to cash a check drawn on their bank because I didn’t have an account. Horrible bank. Terrible policies. Even the employees were rude to me about the $6 to the point where I left. Never do business with this bank.

Got a check from my college of the left over money from my student loans. They tried telling me i am not the person on my LICENSE even though i had a bank card, my college ID which i OFFERED and i was told it wasnt necessary. They refused to cash the check that matched the name on my school ID. Never been so angry in my life. I need this to pay for my rest of my books.

This isn't my branch but the staff is very nice when I come to this location. The tellers also do a good job at pitching current promotions the bank is having. This is great for customers that may have forgotten to take care of this before and the reminder helps. The place is huge as well they have every service I think the bank offers which makes it a real nice one stop shop.
