I was told to drive home with no tire because I was close to home when I was five miles away and my bank card was stuck inside of the door and all they had to do is pry open the panel or unscrew the panel to the store to get my bank card so I could pay them to fix my wheel but instead they told me to drive home until the rim completely fell off

My 20 year old daughter had her car stuck in Gardner and was in need of assistance. She called this outfit and they quoted her $480 for a 22 mile tow. They insisted on paying upfront before they would even come out and said they couldn’t be there for an hour. When she followed up asking if she could pay when they got there they said “Sorry, I don’t work like that you can call someone else.” Unbelievable to see people who are supposed to help people in tough situations trying to price gouge and take advantage of people.We immediately found another tow company who quoted the very same job for $230, which is a fair price, and arrived within 20 minutes.. Good to see there are some businesses who are customer focused instead of standing by a policy that doesn’t make sense for most.

Heading home to New Jersey when lights started coming on across dashboard. Took first exit we could and happened upon this repair shop. They hooked my car up to computer, took for a drive and made sure all was well for me to continue on home. Assuring me I was good, they sent us on our way with a hand shake.
