It doesn't test other things like A1C or elements etc, only lipid /cholesterol/blood glucose levels.

Scheduling an appointment is a very poor customer experience. Cumbersome and the application used needs improvement. If you walk in your likely to get an appointment 3-4 hours later. No way to talk to a human during any of these options. No like is was pre-Covid. Cutting customer interaction and service needs to go back to pre-Covid processes. Stop hiding!!!

I was 3 minutes late for my appointment, but the check-in kiosk said I was more than 10 minutes late and would need to reschedule for the next available appointment over an hour later, meanwhile the waiting room was empty and 2 staff members were just sitting there as far as I could tell. Luckily the staff "graciously" allowed me to have my blood drawn anyway after reminding me multiple times that I was late. (Three minutes!!) The blood draw was also quite painful and they normally are not for me; probably I was tense from the repeated berating about being late. It's nice and convenient that this location is right next to to my doctor's office, and I have never had to wait long there for blood work even though I normally don't make an appointment, which I why I gave 3 stars.

This was my 2nd time at this location and I am pleased to find my experience just as wonderful my 2nd time as my 1st. I scheduled an appointment but I ran late because of traffic. My phlebotomist was warm and pleasant even though I was late and she was clearly busy. My blood draw was great. Normally, it takes a whole staff to take a took and have a poke but the woman today got me 1st try !! Amazing!

My blood test was marked to be sent out stat. They never called for it to be picked up. I should have had results in 2 - 4 hours. Now who knows how long I have to wait because of their negligence.

This was the best blood draw experience I’ve ever had. Cathy put me at ease with her kind demeanor and I felt truly taken care of. She also informed me about details of my insurance coverage for my tests as well. Very clean facility and I was in and out quickly. I will continue to come here even though it’s a bit of a drive for me - wonderful experience!
