She was very friendly, very helpful, down to earth, and made returning the truck after hours very simple and helped me avoid all fees. One time I made a reservation at the wrong U-Haul since there are two in town, and she very quickly changed my reservation and made a new one for me to get me on my way. She was patient with explaining the details of the contract and I would recommend this U-Haul in the future to others.”
