Purchased a 2013 Corolla from Premier Motors 3 months ago and it was one of the best decisions I made! This was my first car that I needed to purchase so I did not know much but they were very patient and helpful. I was skeptical in the beginning because they are a small local business, but they turned out to be a very honest people and I did not feel pressure for purchase whatsoever. They were very friendly, down to earth, and considerate throughout the purchase. I trust them a lot more than the official car dealerships who try to haggle up the price from customer! I did bring the car to a third party just in case, but they were very flexible with that too. No regrets for the purchase, highly recommended dealership in my opinion :)

I purchased a Audi Q5. A small coolant leak occurred after my second day driving the car. I was very stressed as purchasing a vehicle is one of the larger purchases one makes in their lifetime. I informed the dealer and they had the car fixed at Euro Design within one business day. They are very informative and professional and would recommend purchasing your car from this dealership as they are honest, fair, and professional. You don't have to stress when you deal with the best.

Garbage, ABSOLUTE Garbage. iI purchased a vehicle for the amount of $5000. The owner was told all we had was $5000 she still showed a more expensive car. I found out later that the dealer asked my EX for $400 more dollars for the car. After purchasing the car, I found out that it was over priced by $1000 as the value was less. When I went to register the vehicle, The owner Wren was called because the title was filled out incorrectly. When I brought the title to her . I expected paperwork to send for duplicate title. Turns out she pulled out a Pen eraser instead and straight erased whatever was there including signatures which I would imagine she signed on behalf of whoever else. That was where I started to notice that there is Mickey Mousing going on. The heater wasnt' working properly blowing hot air on top and cold air on floor . The day I took it to be fixed, the owner's husband then the moment we walked in said he "has a lot of cars today" so I got the inkling he didn't want to do it so the excuse of me not knowing how to work it makes sense for him to say to cover the fact that he did not read the work order that was given to me to fill out explaining in detail what was wrong with the heater. He admitted to my face (without an apology) that he did not read the paper. That caused a whole lot of other issues as my ex became verbally abusive toward me for daring to be upset that I spent all day there for nothing as it wasn't fixed. and the fact that it was dismissed as if I don't know how to work a car heater is just disrespectful. Fast forward now two weeks after the heater appt. I took the car through the car wash 1 time and suddenly I see rust on the fenders in the front. It was as if it was touched up with White Out. I could not believe it when I saw as I was drying the car. I asked for a copy of the pictures to compare. Dealership refused to show to me. What are they hiding? Owners never return calls , and they know nothing about extending customer service. I am now stuck with a $5000 Rusty Car. They have constantly been contacting my ex when the deal was not between them it was Me even though she got herself an extra $400. He harassed me a bunch of times because of this too including threats. Thanks But No Thanks Premier. I would never send anyone down there. All the times I called to talk to the owners they would hide, and lets not mention that w/o any issues, Jacob is given permission by WREN to let People test drive cars with no license. Ghetto , Ghetto, Ghetto. Go to a professional dealership if you go that route. This one isn't it. They give implied warranties, basically an as is warranty. SMH 1

Absolutely, Jacob was there to help me get into the car I wanted right away! Very respectful and kind!! The owner Ren was always there to answer any question I had alone the way also !!!! I've never had a problem. I purchased my car 3 weeks ago . No issues with the car and we've been happy with all the minor repairs and service that was done. Everyone was great throughout the whole process.
