I always have a good experience when shopping at Nal's. They're knowledgeable and help when you get stumped as a homeowner. They helped me match a stain color for my staircase to a discontinued laminate flooring sample. Highly recommend them over the big box hardware stores.

I’m currently working on a fixing up my grandmas old house. She was an artist and painted many designs on the walls that we want to maintain which has required a lot of paint matching. Every time I go to NALs the staff is so incredibly helpful with not only getting a perfect match to my color but also helping me figure out what paints will work best for my needs. I recommend them to anyone looking for a great paint store!

I went to Home Depot and ran into a knowledgeable gentleman that has been in the paint industry for quite some time. He saw me walk past him with a gallon of Bin primer. He respectfully asks me if I have children. I answered yes and he immediately gave me an alternative and highly recommended I go to Nal's. He was even nice enough to call ahead and reserve the product I needed. He told me his father was very well known there. He has an account with Nal's company. He made the call on speaker phone. I can hear the young lady by the name Ashley on the other end with responding with an awful tone in her voice almost as if she dreaded her job. fast forward, I arrive to Nal's for the first time ever. It is much closer to my home and in the hopes of being a returning customer I was disgusted with Ashley's service. I called the number on my Receipt to try and speak to a manager, she answered and responds by telling me she was the manager. Poor way of running a business.
