Amber demonstrated a complete lack of common sense and total disregard for customers. A simple question that she should have been able to answer regarding their gas pumps, required me to leave work to drive across town to help my daughter figure out why the gas was not pumping. This was after my daughter requested help from Amber twice as her card was charged but she could not pump gas. When I arrived and inquired as to why the credit card was charged but no gas was delivered, Amber told us we needed to take it up with our bank. Once I figured out the problem, I went back inside to let Amber know what the issue was so she would know how to help future customers. Her response was rude and I asked for her managers name. She said she could not remember her managers name. My daughter is still waiting for her last $50 to be return to her debit card for the gas she didn’t receive.

I'm not sure if I should give 3 stars or 5, so i gave 4 . I mean it's a gas station, I got gas, it wasn't very exciting.

Went last night to purchase some Drinks and Snacks to find out the Candies (2 Separate king Size bars)Were discolored and Stale.So considering the Cost almost $5 bucks for Stale product, i stopped in to get them refunded. The Girl at the Service Counter said They don't do refunds.So I Asked for the Name and Number for the Manger. She then rudely told me to google it. So I again asked for the info ,And said it's not unreasonable for me to ask for the Managers info since it's Bad/Stale product. She again continued being extremely rude and disrespectful.I'm a small business owner myself and understand how hard it is to find 1. People who want to work at all right now. 2.Quality People who know how not to treat customers poorly, Esp with how tiring running a counter can be3. I ran a Gas Station for a few years,And every business welcomes when a customer is trying to get bad/expired product off their shelves. It's to bad that this young lady decided to be so aggressive and Rude.Normally I let these things go but I'll be sure to share this encounter with everybody due to such a offensive attitude.
