Would give zero stars if possible. All their other reviews must have been from family members/ workers from this place. I brought my car here to be checked out for an EPC problem with my Audi and they said they'd give me a call the next day. Three days later I still haven't heard from them and I called a handful of times and no one answers. I come to the shop and one of the guys comes and says it looks like I need a new engine because one of my spark plugs is broken... and he goes to show me, AND THEN BREAKS IT IN FRONT OF ME. Then he says he's going to get one of his "buddies" to put it on the lift to see what's going on underneath in case they can "figure out a way to fix it without needing a new engine". He said he'd call the next day, I was hesitant (but STUPIDLY) agreed. Another two days and no call. I show up AGAIN and the guy says he just didn't have the time to look at it. I immediately asked for the keys and took it to another shop in Worcester. SIX DAYS wasted in this place. Save your time.

Came into station for an inspection, got there about 4:45pm, before 5. Was told to park my vehicle on the side, and wait. I go inside after following directions just for the mechanic to come out saying he's closed and not doing inspections.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

I was not impressed at all with the service that I received; Goober and Gomer Pyle were not able to repair my car; it came in with a valve cover leak and after paying $525, I picked it up the same way. I called Jimmy back to let him know and he just talked in circles until he got me off the phone. The best place to go to is Firestone on Commercial Avenue in Leominster. I will never go there again and I will not recommend this shop to my worst enemy. Then again maybe I will because he or she will get ripped off!Service: General repairs & maintenance

My car was having problems and they were able to take schedule me to come in the next business day. Both men I communicated with were very friendly, helpful and informative. After I dropped off my car they took a look at the issue and it ended up not being a problem that they needed to take care of for me. Even though they took the time to check out my car and evaluate the problem, they did not charge me anything and I really appreciate that. These days it is hard to find good people who you can trust to tell you what is wrong with your car and who don't try to make whatever money they can off of you. I will definitely recommend them to others and take my car down there to be fixed in the future.

Great experience from start to finish. Called them last minute for an oil change, he called back right away and had my car in for service within the hour. 2 stars because it is full service and I appreciate that. But the guy pumped over 70 cents over top off. What the actual F is that? Between the stations vapor recovery system taking that 70 cents right back and my cars potentially damaged emission sensor I got doubly F'ed at this gas station.
