I can't talk about quality of work as they stopped before starting. I have a 4in lift in a truck nothing crazy. Unfortunately my front differential broke (stuck in Westminster snow). They charged me 60bucks and said find somewhere else to take it for repair.

Very rude customer service, called to politely ask about having my vehicle serviced. Told them what was wrong with my vehicle and that I had parts.. kept speaking over me, speaking at the same time as if he wasn't listening and is very prideful. Told me 3grand for a rebuild.. I politely again said to this man, it's not a rebuild I have the parts. That i was looking for a price range for the job that another company said $1200. Told me they run a "mandatory inspection diagnostics fee of $90" As if they don't believe the customer & trying to juice them for money. The man was very prideful, rude, I wont use their services. Began saying "have them do it, have them do it for you." Just isn't needed, idk what happen to the world. So nasty.

Me: My Acura is rev surging. LT: We'll drive it and run some diagnostics. Me: What we're the results? LT: Acura / Honda prohibits taking diagnostics. That will be $90 for the assessment. Me: Why did you run the diagnostic test if Honda prohibits it? LT: They only prohibit in some situations. Would you like to spend $500 on a fluid flush? 50% chance it will fix it. Me: Nope. I'll be in to get my car.

Worked on my Ford Econoline vans in the past and always had to go back for warranty issues shame on me I just chose to use them again on my personal vehicle the night I picked it up it broke down on the way home they took it back and tried fixing again within 1 month it was slipping again and they would not warranty and gave me an attitude I would not recommend them to anyone and as I talk about it around town everyone has the same story... Very unreliable and won't stand behind warranty

We drove from western NY to Boston with our camper. Our next stop was Maine, but our transmission broke. These guys rebuilt it at their shop and had it back to us in 3 days. They did an excellent job! It cost us about $3000 compared to the $5000 to $7000 that a local GM Dealer quoted us. Norm and his guys are great! They explained what broke and how they would fix it. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Took my 87 Mbz 560 SEL there for a hard shifting problem. I had done some research on my own and I found that most likely it was the vacuum modulator. I also wanted a fluid and filter change. I sourced my own materials because I wanted genuine Mercedes parts. Alot of shops won't let you supply your own parts but they were okay with it. Besides parts for a old Benz are not readily available in my area and have to be ordered online. They found the vacuum line going to the modulator was broken. They repaired the line, installed the modulator and did the fluid change. Only charged 2hours of labor. Car shifts great. Highly recommend them.
